Farish and Bobby Flay tied for the fourth four-year term and a run-off election will be held to determine which will serve a four-year term and which will receive a one-year term. Both run-off elections will be held July 21, beginning at 9 a.m., through July 22 at 5 p.m. ET. The annual meeting will be reconvened July 23 to finalize results.
