The Rebels are 4-1 and thus far the Rebels play have been best said as "When the going gets Tough, then the tough get going." Ron Meyer and his dedicated staff believes in emotion and motivation and the Rebels have been emotionally motivated to play football this season. BILL IRELAND ROGER BARNSON SHERMAN BENNETT RODNEY POINDEXTER Boise State College, a perennial small college power, represents the stiffest test of the season for the rapidly Athletic Director Assistant A. DATE OPPONENT TIME Boise is 4-0 with victories over the University of Idaho, 47-24, Montana State, 27-17, Portland State, 64-7, and Weber State College, 34-7. UNLV counters with a 4-1 record with victories over the State College of Arkansas, 38- Sept. 8 STATE COLLEGE OF ARKANSAS 8:00pm PDT 6, Cal State, Los Angeles, 42-7, Marshall University, 31-9 and Northeast Louisiana University, 26-0, and the lone Sept. 15 CAL STATE, LOS ANGELES 8:00pm PDT loss was a 7-3 heartbreaker to Utah State University. Sept. 21 MARSHALL UNIVERSITY 8:00pm PDT The Broncos of successful head coach Tony Knap are the most offensive-minded team in the nation, averaging Sept. 29 UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY 8:00pm PDT 479 yards per game with a well-balanced rushing and passing attack. Quarterbacks Jim McMillan and Ron Autele Oct. 6 NORTHEAST LOUISIANA UNIVERSITY 8:00pm PDT alternate to give the Broncos an average of well over 200 yards a game through the air. Oct. 13 AOISE STATE COLLEGE 8:00pm PDT McMillan has completed .673 per cent of his passes (37 of 55) for 550 yards and eight touchdowns while Oct. 20 * U. OF WISCONSIN, Ml LWAUKEE 8:00pm PDT Autele is not far behind with a complete rate of .513 (20 of 39) for 255 yards and two touchdowns. In some years, BJC women did field basketball and tennis teams that competed outside the college, usually against Northwest Nazarene or College of Idaho. In 1936, the women organized a basketball team that played other teams in the city. The next year, the women played Gooding College and the YWCA teams. Most women, if they partici­ pated in sports beyond the required physical education class, played in two or three sports activities during the year. In 1945, a women's tennis team consisting of Thelma Stewart, Gail Cof­ fin and juanita Montgomery defeated all comers. Women's basketball practice in 1945. Even the tiny campus in Boise was affected as male students and faculty joined the military. Football went to a six-man team that played local colleges, the airmen at Gowen Field and, occasionally, the inmates at the Idaho State Penitentiary. The program stayed at this reduced level for the 1942-45 seasons before it was revived in 1946. In 1945, the Broncos started with 30 players out for football. But by mid-October, only five showed up for practice and Coach Carl Warner cancelled the season before the first game was scheduled. Once the war was over, enrollment increased and put the men's program on a stable footing. It took a full year after the war to get the sports program activated.

    SUMMARY OF JOINT USE AGREEMENT between the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education, on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”), and LV Stadium Events Company, LLC (“Stadco”) A. Explanation of Purpose: Stadco is the tenant under the Stadium Lease Agreement (the “Master Lease”) with the Clark County Stadium Authority (the “Stadium Authority”). The Master Lease gives Stadco possession and full operational control of the stadium, therefore, UNLV’s right to use the stadium, as required pursuant to the terms of the 2016 Southern Nevada Tourism Improvements Act (the “Act”), must be granted by Stadco.1 B. Term: Thirty (30) years from the anniversary of the Commencement Date (defined as substantial completion of the stadium, as defined in the Development Agreement). The Term coincides with the term of Master Lease. C. Access and Use: UNLV has the following rights in connection with its use: (i) right to access and use the facilities for UNLV Events, which include UNLV Team Home Games and three (3) other UNLV- centric events (i.e. commencement, spring football game); (ii) right to create an environment reasonably consistent with a home game for an NCAA Division I college football team in the stadium; (iii) access to and use of all stadium facilities on game day, excluding Raiders’ exclusive spaces (such as administrative office space, Raiders’ locker room) and operations-related areas such as physical plant facilities and equipment. More specifically, UNLV’s right to access areas for pre-event setup begins on game or event day and continues throughout the game or event day.
