  • Enter Air Poised to Provide Technical Maintenance Services
Warsaw, March 28, 2018 Enter Air poised to provide technical maintenance services Enter Air, Poland’s largest charter airline, has founded Enter Air Services, a company providing aircraft technical maintenance services for the carrier’s fleet. The launch of such services within the Group will generate significant savings without compromising the top quality of Enter Air’s fleet. “The provision of technical maintenance services is among the most significant components of any airline’s business and it is one of the most expensive such components. Having the Group’s own technical maintenance service provider will enable us to generate additional value for shareholders, leaving a large chunk of revenue and margin within the Enter Air Group,” says Grzegorz Polaniecki, Management Board Member and CEO of Enter Air. “We have built a technical maintenance team from scratch in roughly 9 months. We have hired the best aviation mechanics available on the market with experience acquired in recognized foreign technical maintenance service organizations. We have attracted them back to Poland where they will have stable and well-paid jobs,” - Polaniecki adds. Enter Air Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Enter Air. Initially, the company’s technical maintenance services will be provided to Enter Air in all of the carrier’s operating bases in Poland. Ultimately, the company will provide its services also in Enter Air’s foreign bases. Enter Air expects to generate savings thanks to synergies caused by having a technical maintenance service organization within the Group. The carrier’s aircraft will be taken care of by a reliable technical maintenance team in a manner that will enable the Group to minimize risks arising from changes in rates or terms of contracts entered into with third party providers of such services.

Issue N°139. 30/03/12 Industry Monitor The EUROCONTROL bulletin on air transport trends Average daily European flights were 4.6% fewer in February than in the same period last year. EUROCONTROL statistics and forecasts 1 Other statistics and forecasts 2 Rising oil prices seen as the main risk to the industry in 2012. IATA’s ‘oil spike’ forecast is for Passenger airlines 3 an average of €102 per barrel in 2012 (vs. €75 per Financial results of airlines 6 barrel in December 2011 forecast). Airports 7 UK government to press ahead with an increase Aircraft Manufacturing 8 in Air Passenger Duty (APD) by 8% in April. Environment 8 Quite mixed operating results for European Oil 9 airlines in 2011. Regulation 9 Oil prices near all-time highs, over €95/barrel in Cargo 10 March. Fares 10 EUROCONTROL statistics and forecasts Average daily European flights declined by 4.6% in February year-on year, the lowest traffic level since February 2004 and a decrease mainly attributed to severe snow disruptions and industrial action in Europe (see Figure 1). A small bounce-back emerged from the Arab Spring with Egypt contributing the largest increase in flights in February. With the exception of charter, all market segments were down circa 5%. Since it was the most affected by the Egyptian and Tunisian disruptions, the charter segment saw 8% growth on February last year (EUROCONTROL, March). Based on preliminary data for delay from all causes, 38% of flights were delayed on departure in February, a 4 percentage point increase in comparison with the same month in 2011.

Prior compliance list of aircraft operators specifying the administering Member State for each aircraft operator – June 2014 Inclusion in the prior compliance list allows aircraft operators to know which Member State will most likely be attributed to them as their administering Member State so they can get in contact with the competent authority of that Member State to discuss the requirements and the next steps. Due to a number of reasons, and especially because a number of aircraft operators use services of management companies, some of those operators have not been identified in the latest update of the EEA- wide list of aircraft operators adopted on 5 February 2014. The present version of the prior compliance list includes those aircraft operators, which have submitted their fleet lists between December 2013 and January 2014. BELGIUM CRCO Identification no.
