105-MINUTE MEETING

We will meet at the officials’ locker room for the 105-Minute meeting. This is located underneath the stadium on the 50-yard line, immediately next to the visiting team locker room (see diagram). Please ensure a representative of your football operations staff is present.

BUS & EQUIPMENT TRUCK LOGISTICS

On the day of the game, your team must arrive prior to 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff. Roy & Sue Kidd Way will be closed off after this point. After the buses have been unloaded, they must park in the Ashland Lot (see diagram).

The equipment truck will be allowed access underneath the overhang on Roy & Sue Kidd Way for unloading. However, the truck must vacate the overhang and be parked in the Ashland Lot no later than 3 hours prior to kickoff. The truck will be allowed back under the overhang during the 4th quarter, but must not restrict traffic flow back to the main road.

PRESS BOX COACHES’ BOOTH

The visiting team coaches’ booth is located on the north end of the press box. The 60 team-issued credentials will be recognized for admission to the coaches’ booth.

SIDELINE

The visiting team sideline is located on the east (opposite the press box) side of the stadium. 60 sideline credentials will be provided. The team bench area extends from the 25 yard-line to 25 yard-line.

TRAINERS

You will have 1-2 student trainers assigned to be sideline liaisons to the visiting team. Your team will be provided with: ice water, cups, injury ice & 3 cases of isotonic beverages. There is additionally an ice machine in the Moberly building adjacent to Roy Kidd Stadium. X-ray facilities are available if needed.

Ambulance service will be available to transport any injured player to an area hospital.

The visiting team Will Call/Player Guest pass gate is located at Gate 1 in the northwest corner of Roy Kidd Stadium. The players’ guest gate opens 90 minutes prior to kick-off. EKU follows NCAA guidelines regarding player complimentary admissions. Players’ guests over the age of 16 must present a current photo ID to receive admission. EKU’s ticket staff will administer visiting teams’ pass list.
