June 1, 2012 Letter From the President Spring has been very busy for DOC, dorm events were a great success for Inside this issue: everyone involved and we met so many wonderful young people. Our Barnes DOC visits City Hall 2 and Noble event was very busy, children of all ages had fun filling their R.E.A.D. Visits 3 “Paws-ports” with stickers picturing all the dogs present at the event. Giving Back 4 We are now moving into our summer events and your in box is beginning to Kids Expo 5 fill with requests! Check your calendars and get out there and join the fun. If you have never volunteered for a DOC event, now is a great time to start.
