Az ott induló szép számú magyar Versenynaptár 31 csapat letette az esküt. A tornát harmadik ízben rendezik meg. Először Szingapúrban, majd pedig Nanjingban léptek színre a világ legígéretesebb ifjú sportolói. A magyar csapat létszáma pedig szépen emelkedik, hiszen 51, majd 57, most pedig már 79 fős a delegációnk sportolói része. A viadalon 32 sportág 286 versenyszámának 4000 sportolója vesz részt.
