I hope your readers find my little contribution of some interest. I wonder if any of them can recall some of the Watton "boffins" who made their way to Wyton, namely Basil Dennis, Eric Banham, Mike Chester, Bill Stebbing? Other ex-Watton guys that I met at the Royal Aircraft Establishment Bedford, before my own involvement with 51 Squadron at Wyton, were Geoff Harrison and George Hogg.
