Many items have been donated to aid in the efforts to ameliorate the circumstances facing the refugees of Kosovo. Academy Award-winning director James Cameron is donating items including an autographed scriptment book from “Titanic”, which received the Academy Award in 1998 for “Best Picture.” Cameron noted, “I am glad to be able to do a little something to aid the people who are suffering from this terrible crisis. Yahoo! offers a place for people anywhere in the world to come together as a community and help lessen the horrible circumstances facing the refugees in Kosovo.” In addition, Cameron has donated signed one-sheets from “Titanic.” “It is important that people recognize that we are a global community.
