HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Stuffed Branzino

1. Preheat oven to 475°F. 2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the branzino on it. Rub it with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. 3. Roast for 18 minutes until the flesh is fork tender and cooked through..

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place the pie on a baking tray, leaving it in its aluminum pie pan. 3. Bake for 45 minutes. 4. Rotate the tray and bake for another 15 minutes. 5. Increase temperature to 400°F and bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown. 6. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
