Starting March 20, local restaurants will feature spring menus with brighter and lighter flavor profiles, infusing a taste of spring throughout inventive dishes and cocktails inspired by the changing season. This year, diners have a variety of dishes and cocktails to choose from, depending on the week: Week of March 23 – Delicious Cocktail Week Week of April 30 – Exquisite Entrée Week Week of April 6 – Divine Dessert Week Culinary enthusiasts can find a taste of the Festival at participating restaurants listed below and online.
