IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENTS WITH REGARD TO DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL & TRAINING FOR THE MONTH OF JULY, 2021
(i) Staff Selection Commission declared the result of Paper-II of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2020, on 14.07.2021.
Also, the Commission published following important notices:
a) Notice dated 02.07.2021 regarding Re-scheduling of the following three Examinations during July-August, 2021:
1) Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF Examination (Paper-II), 2019. 2) Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (Tier-I), 2020. 3) Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I), 2020.
b) Notice dated 16.07.2021 regarding Conduct of skill test of the eligible candidates of Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE)-2019 on 15.09.2021 and 16.09.2021. c) Notice dated 17.07.2021 regarding inviting applications for Constables (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021 as per the recruitment Scheme formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). d) Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF Examination [Physical Endurance Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST)], 2019.
(ii) The domain name igotkarmayogi.gov.in has been finalized to access iGOT Karmayogi application through internet.
(iii) 44 more courses from Central Training Institutes, Ministries, Indian Institute of Public Administration, World Bank have been onboarded in the iGOT-Karmayogi platform. Now, total number of onboarded courses on iGOT- Karmayogi is 89.
(iv) Shri Praveen Pardeshi joined as Whole-time Member in Capacity Building Commission on 01.07.2021.
(v) 10 (ten) training programmes including 01 (one) Organisation Specific Programme, five (05) Calendar Training Programme and four (04) CSS/CSSS- CTP training programme were conducted in the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM) during the month. The number of participants in these programmes was 396.

(vi) Approval of MoS (PP) and Finance Minister obtained on recommendations of Cadre Review Committee on cadre review of Indian Railway Protection Force Service and Indian Railway Health Service. Minister of Railways is now required to move the Note for the Cabinet to finalise the cadre review.
(vii) PESB, DoPT issued advertisements for 06 (six) posts [05 (five) posts of Director and 01 (one) post of Chairman and Managing Director].
(viii) Meeting of Cadre Review Committee held on 30.07.2021 to consider the cadre review proposal of Medical cadres of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), National Security Guard and Assam Rifles.
(ix) Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation), Third Amendment, Regulations, 2021 was notified vide Gazette Notification No. 39018/01/2016-Estt.(B) dated 28.07.2021.
2. In addition to the above, the following instructions/guidelines /clarifications on different subjects were also issued by this Department:-
(i) Clarification on Children Education Allowance (CEA) during COVID-19 epidemic lockdown period, issued vide O.M. No. A-27012/2/2017- Estt.(AL) dated 01.07.2021.
(ii) Instruction on case pending or decided by Hon’ble High Courts/ Central Administrative Tribunals regarding preponement of effective date of Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) Scheme, issued vide O.M. No. 35034/3/2015-Estt.(D) dated 13.07.2021.
