2020-2021 EEO Report 2020-2021 EEO PUBLIC FILE REPORT This EEO Public File Report is prepared for the reporting period commencing June 1, 2020 through May 15, 2021 (the “Reporting Period”)1, covering the station employment unit (“SEU”) that includes the following radio stations: KSVC(AM), Richfield, UT (Fac. ID 41897) KKUT(FM), Mt. Pleasant, UT (Fac. ID 41895) KWUT(FM), Elsinore, UT (Fac. ID 72224) KLGL(FM), Salina, UT (Fac. ID 181075) KMTI(AM), Manti, UT (Fac. ID 59035) KMGR(FM), Nephi, UT (Facility ID 72769) KMXD(FM), Monroe, UT (Fac. ID 164258) KUTC(FM), Gunnison, UT (Facility ID 65377) KTMP(AM), Heber City, UT (Fac. ID 14478) I. FULL-TIME VACANCIES FILLED DURING REPORTING PERIOD One vacancy for a full-time position occurred during the Reporting Period, and was filled as follows: Position and Date of Hire: On-Air Talent (Morning Show Host) Hired December 14, 2020 Hiree Referral Source: Employee Referral Total No. of Interviews for Position: Eight (8) Referral Sources Utilized and Number of Interviews from Each Source: AllAccess.com (4) SEU Website Announcement (3) Employee Referral (1) II OUTREACH INITIATIVES DURING REPORTING PERIOD The SEU continued its high school and college internship programs with Manti High School, South Sevier High School, North Sanpete High School and Snow College during the 2020-2021 school year. The students received training and work as board operators, announcers and camera operators, each for approximately 4 to 8 hours per week. Another outreach initiative that the SEU has historically promoted and participated in – the annual Utah Broadcasters Association Job Fair – was not held due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 1 The Reporting Period is shortened from May 31, 2021, to May 15, 2021, in order to timely prepare and file the EEO Program Report and license renewal applications for the radio stations in the SEU. .
