In Florida for example, audio of an out-of-state winner cannot be broadcast unless there is full disclosure of the city and state where that winner is located. The following rules shall govern the Spring 2021 Cash Contest “WIN A GRAND A DAY” (“the Promotion” or “Contest”). These contest-specific rules should be read in conjunction with WPXC/WHYA/WFRQ/WKFY’s (“the Station”) General Contest Rules, which are applicable to all contests conducted by WPXC/WHYA/WFRQ/WKFY. These are located on the inside back cover. This convention could very well turn out to be the last convention, so I hope those who went enjoyed it.
