    Bangladesh – Researched and compiled by the Refugee Documentation Centre of Ireland on 23 September 2016 Any information on the BNP and Student wing of same in Sylhet, local MPs, constituency offices, secretary of the BNP in Sylhet. A fact-finding mission report published by the Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides (OFPRA), in a section titled “BNP Organisational Chart and information on the party in Sylhet”, states: “Executive members: 1 president 5 vice-presidents 3 to 5 co-secretaries 1 treasurer 1 assistant treasurer 1 secretary to the organisation 2 or 3 co-secretaries to the organisation 18 BNP offices open before 5 January 2014. Terms of membership before BNP offices were closed on 5 January 2014 A new member must be familiar with the bases of the BNP’s ideology. Initial dues are 5 TK; they may later rise depending on a member’s means. Three copies of a membership form must be completed: - one copy is given to the new member along with a receipt; - one copy is kept at the district’s party office; - the last is sent to the central office in Dhaka.     The Chief Engineer Local Government Engineering Department PREFACE It is a matter of satisfaction that LGED Road Database has been published through compilation of data that represent all relevant information of rural road network of the country in a structured manner. The Rural Infrastructure Maintenance Management Unit of LGED (former Rural Infrastructure Maintenance Cell) took up the initiative to create a road inventory database in mid nineties to register all of its road assets country-wide with the help of customized software called, Road and Structure Database Management System. The said database was designed to accommodate all relevant information on the road network sequentially and the system was upgraded from time to time to cater the growing needs. In general, the purpose of this database is to use it in planning and management of LGED's rural road network by providing detailed information on roads and structures. In particular, from maintenance point of view this helps to draw up comprehensive maintenance program including rational allocation of fund based on various parameters and physical condition of the road network. According to recent road re-classification, LGED is responsible for construction, development and maintenance of three classes of roads, which has been named as Upazila Road, Union Road and Village Road (category A & B) in association with Local Government Institution. The basic information about these roads like, road name, road type, length, surface type, condition, structure number with span, existing gaps with length, etc. has been made available in the road inventory. Side by side, corresponding spatial data are also provided in the road map comprising this document.

The livelihood status of fishermen community of Habiganj Sadar Upazila was presented in terms of educational status, marital status, religious status, family size & type, housing Iftekhar Ahmed Fagun facilities, electricity facilities, sanitary facilities, drinking water facilities, banking facilities, technical Faculty of Fisheries, Sylhet training, annual income. The survey revealed that majority of the fishermen belonged to the age groups Agricultural University, of 31-40 years (28.75%), represented by 97% Muslim. 85% of them were married & 15% were Bangladesh unmarried. The family size of fishermen community usually consisted of more than 7 members. It was found that 61% of them lived in nuclear families and 39% live in joint families. About 72.5 % of fishermen were illiterate. Among them 7.25% can’t sign but 65% were able to sign. 76% of fishermen had tin shed house, 19% and 5% of the fishermen had katcha & pucca house respectively. The highest number (54%) of the fisher’s annual income ranged between 65,000 BDT-80,000 BDT.
