PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION Whereas it appears to the District Collector, Guntur District that the lands specifiedin the Schedule below are needed for a public purpose, to wit, for distribution of house sites for the beneficiaries under Navaratnalu - Pedalandariki Illu Scheme, notice to that effectis hereby given to all to whom it may concem in accordance with the provisions of Section 11(1)of the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (central Act No.30 of 2013). Social Impact Assessment study is exempted ix]», lOA of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 30 of 2013 as Amended by Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2018 (ActNo.22 of2018). There are no displaced families due to this land acquisition. Now,therefore in exercise of the powers conferred under section 12 of the Act, the District Collector, Guntur hereby designates the Sub-Collector, Tenali, his staff and workmen to exercise the powers conferred under the above said section. Under Section 11 (4) of the Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of the land i.e., sale/purchase etc., or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of this notification without the prior approval of the District Collector,Guntur/ Land Acquisition Officer& Sub-Collector,Tenali.
