Financial Snapshot

Church of the Saviour operating finances through May 2017 are summarized here. Receipts are 5% below expectations, consisting primarily of lower pledge receipts compared to budget. To date, expenses are 2% below budget. Although we had a surplus in April, we are now running a deficit of almost $22,000. As we generally experience less cash flow during the summer months, it would be very helpful if folks could keep Vacation Bible School 2017 current on their pledges during this time. Hopefully, the Christmas in July campaign will increase our cash flow this From June 19 through June 22, the church was filled with 128 summer. children, 80 volunteers and the Holy Spirit for four fun and spirit filled days of vacation bible school. Youth Mission Trip Prayer Partners On July 8-14, a team of youth and adults will head to Zanesville, Ohio to share Christ’s love by working on the homes of people in need. We need to send them out covered in prayer throughout the week. We are looking for Prayer Partners, individuals from our congregation to pray for individuals on the mission trip. Will you make a commitment to pray? It is simple, important, example setting act to let our youth know that they are supported by and connected to this church. We expect to have around 75 youth and adults on the mission trip – we’d love to identify a prayer partner for each or you can choose to pray for the entire team as we prepare for and go on the trip.
