On the basis of information furnished by the registrant, the above named pesticide is hereby registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act.

Registration is in no way to be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of this product by the Agency. In order to protect health and the environment, the Administrator, on his motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration of a pesticide in accordance with the Act. The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered by others.

This product is conditionally registered in accordance with FIFRA section 3(c)(7)(A). You must comply with the following conditions:

1. Submit and/or cite all data required for registration/reregistration/registration review of your product under FIFRA when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data.

3. Submit one copy of the final printed label for the record before you release the product for shipment.

Should you wish to add/retain a reference to the company’s website on your label, then please be aware that the website becomes labeling under the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act and is subject to review by the Agency. If the website is false or misleading, the product would be misbranded and unlawful to sell or distribute under FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(E). 40 CFR 156.10(a)(5) list examples of statements EPA may consider false or misleading. In addition, regardless of whether a website is referenced on your product’s label, claims made on the website may not substantially differ from those claims approved through the registration process. Therefore, should the Agency find or if it is brought to our attention that a website contains false or misleading statements or claims substantially differing from the EPA approved registration, the website will be referred to the EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance.

If you fail to satisfy these data requirements, EPA will consider appropriate regulatory action including, among other things, cancellation under FIFRA section 6(e). Your release for shipment of the product constitutes acceptance of these conditions. A stamped copy of the label is enclosed for your records. PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

HAZARDS TO HUMANS & DOMESTIC ANIMALS

WARNING

Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Causes eye, skin, upper respiratory tract, and gastrointestinal tract irritation. Do not get in eyes or on clothing. Avoid contact with skin. Wear protective eyewear such as goggles or face shield, rubber gloves and an appropriate dust respirator (minimum of a NIOSH-approved N95 particulate filtering facepiece respirator) when handling. Copper metal may cause fume fever. Do not breathe dust. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, , using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

This pesticide is toxic to fish, aquatic invertebrates and wildlife. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to inter-tidal areas below the mean high water

mark. Do not discharge effluent containing this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans, or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in neighboring areas. Do not apply directly to water. Do not contaminate water by of equipment or disposal of wastes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

NOTE: Read precautionary statements before using this product. Copptech A Master Batch Additive is an antimicrobial powder for manufacturing use. The powder is to be incorporated into synthetic fibers, plastic, coating, glasses, paints and varnishes, adhesives, and sealants during the manufacturing process.

Copptech A Master Batch Additive provides antimicrobial protection to the final articles identified on this label. Copptech A Master Batch Additive inhibits the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria, mold, and mildew on the product to which it is applied. Products containing Copptech A Master Batch Additive may not make claims of antimicrobial activity other than protection of the article itself. Manufactured products using Copptech A Master Batch Additive may not make any public health claims relating to antimicrobial activity without first obtaining an EPA registration for the manufactured product.

Copptech A Master Batch Additive is not approved for any food contact or food packaging uses.

Copptech A Master Batch Additive is intended for use as an additive designed to be incorporated into the following materials and substances as part of the manufacturing process in order to provide built-in antimicrobial activity in manufactured and finished products listed below.

Fibers:

The final article is to contain from 0.1% to 50.0% Copptech A Master Batch Additive by weight.

Household items, bedding, mattress cover pads and filling, pillow covers, sheets, blankets, fiberfill for quilts and pillows, table cloths, napkins, commercial and industrial wipes and fabrics, wipes/wiping, mops, sponges, towels, vacuum cleaner bags, cushion pads, sleeping bags, brush bristles, air and dust filters, book covers, curtains, draperies, upholstery, wall covering fabrics, carpet underlay, carpet backing, conveyor belts that do not come in contact with any type of food, automotive and truck upholstery, automotive, airplane and truck carpeting, truck liners, convertible tops and interior liners, Apparel, sleepwear, stockings, socks, hosiery, caps, undergarments (undershirts, underwear, bras, thermal underwear), inner liners for jackets, shoes, shoe liners, gloves and helmets, sails, ropes, tents, tarps,

canvas, ducking, awnings, umbrellas, outdoor upholstery, pet clothing and bedding, pool covers, boat covers, RV and auto covers.

Floor coverings:

The final article is to contain 0.1% to 50.0% Copptech A Master Batch Additive by weight.

Carpets, rubber and vinyl flooring, rugs, indoor/outdoor carpet and broadloom and tile carpeting.

Plastics, coatings, films and laminates:

The final article (or finished coating) is to contain from 0.1% to 50.0% Copptech A Master Batch Additive by weight.

Automotive and vehicular parts, brush handles, building materials and components, impregnated , wood and non-food contact plastic composites, collection and, concrete, conveyor belts that do not come in contact with any type of food, countertops, floor covering, flooring, footwear including boots, furniture, gaskets, glazing for cement tile, and for toilets, countertops, indoor and outdoor furniture, insulation for wire and cable, insulators, kitchen and bathroom hardware, liners, mats, mops, natural and synthetic fibers and fabrics, non- woven fabrics, clothing made out non-woven, plastic film, plumbing supplies and fixtures, shower curtains, siding, sinks, sports equipment, tape, tiles, tubing, vacuum cleaner bags, trash can, brooms, electrical switches, wallboard, walls, artificial leather, waste containers, filters, protective coverings for pools and hot tubs. For coatings used on the inside of fire system sprinkler pipes and personal hygiene devices such as combs, brushes, hairclips, telephones and cellular phone covers, hanger, pets accessories, and computer equipment and hardware.

Adhesives and sealants: The final article is to contain from 0.1% to 50.0% Copptech A Master Batch Additive by weight. Adhesives used in the manufacturing of wood and plastic composites, adhesives for ceramic tile, rubber, floor sealant, plastic, concrete, glazing for windows, grout, sealants for pipes, tapes, gaskets, sealants in construction, and adhesives for plumbing. Ceramics, ceramic glazes, porcelain enamels, and other glasses:

The final article is to contain from 0.1% to 50.0% Copptech A Master Batch Additive by weight.

Specific materials: vitreous china, ceramics, glazes, earthenware, stoneware, dental glasses, borosilicate glasses, lead glasses, soda lime glasses, special glasses, porcelains, porcelain enamels, clays, concretes, and grouts.

Paints and Varnishes:

The final article is to contain from 0.1% to 50.0% Copptech A Master Batch Additive by weight.

Interior and exterior paints, electrostatic paints, organic solvent base paints, water solvent base paints, paper varnishes, wood varnishes and paints, door knobs varnishes, lockers paints, and paints for walls, ceiling, doors.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL STORAGE: Store in original container only. Store in dry place. Store product at room temperature. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Reduce stacking height where local conditions, such as humidity or pallet overhang, can affect package strength. Do not store under conditions which might adversely affect the container or its ability to function properly. Such conditions include, but are not limited to, positioning of the container in storage, storage temperature, potential for crushing or damage due to stacking, and penetration of moisture. If spilled, clean up with vacuum or conventional tools. Avoid dusting.

DISPOSAL: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. Open dumping is prohibited.

CONTAINER HANDLING: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Clean container promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follow: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container ¼ full with water and recap. Replace and tighten closures. Tip container on its side and roll it back and forth, ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 seconds. Stand the container on its end and tip it back and forth several times. Turn the container over onto its other end and tip it back and forth several times. Empty the rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank, or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure two more times. Then offer for recycling or reconditioning, if available, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or incineration, or, if allowed by State and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.

WARRANTY The directions for use of this product are believed to be adequate and must be followed carefully. However, it is impossible to eliminate all risks inherently associated with the use of this product. Except as warranted by this label, the manufacturer or seller makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, either express or implied, or by usage of trade, statutory or otherwise, with regard to the product sold, including, but not limited to,
