Joint Administration Facility Participation (report IR-028-21) H. That Report IR-028-21 – Joint Administration Facility Participation Be Received; and, That staff Be Authorized to move into a joint administration facility with Frontenac County; and, That $375,000 Be Transferred from the Stabilization Reserve to the Facilities Reserve; and, That staff Be Directed to prepare the final leasing arrangements with Frontenac County to secure administrative space in their reconstructed administration building; and, That the draft lease Be Brought to the Board for final consideration. 8. The meeting commenced at 7:22 p.m. following a meeting of the Cataraqui Source Protection Authority. 1. Roll Call There were thirteen (13) members who participated in the Microsoft Teams meeting. 2.
