His experience includes work with various international organisations, notably as an expert seconded by the French government to the United Nations. He spent two and a half years there, working on the preparation and implementation of both the Paris Agreement and Sustainable Development Goal 7 on energy. He also coordinated G20 energy efficiency activities during the three years he spent with the International Partnership for Energy Efficiency Cooperation.
