This year's selected lecturer is Professor Emmanuel Gaillard, Visiting Professor at Yale Law School and Head of International Arbitration at Shearman & Sterling LLP. He will be speaking on the topic: “International comity, lis pendens, res judicata: Do the principles of judicial practice apply to international arbitration?”
