See Designated Bus Company and bid amount. 5. Contact Bus Company to secure the bus. *If listed bus company is not available, contact alternate bus company from the list provided on the final page. Make note on "Request field trip form". 6. If no bus company is listed, you may contact any bus company from the list provided on the final page. Contact the bus company to see if they are available for the date/time you are seeking. Ask the bus company for price. Make note on "Request field trip form" that no contracted bus is available.
