In contemporary Danish, a formal distinction is made between -(e)t-forms with verbal (resultative) and adjectival (property- ascribing) meaning respectively. When used attributively, no such distinction is made, e.g. de anholdte/bevæbnede gerningsmænd. However, when used following the auxiliary verb være, -(e)t-forms with verbal meaning occur in supine constructions, where there is no inflectional agreement in number between the subject and the supine verb form, e.g. gerningsmændene er anholdt. Adjectival -(e)t-forms, on the other hand, occur in pre- dicative constructions, where the -(e)t-forms agree in number with the subject, e.g. ger- ningsmændene er bevæbnede. It is suggested that -(e)t-forms formed from some verbal stems only occur in verbal contexts, while -(e)t-forms formed from other verbal stems occur in both verbal and adjectival contexts. The ability of an -(e)t-form to participate in adjectival contexts/predicative constructions seems largely to depend on the Aktionsart of the verb that it is formed from. 1. Indledende bemærkninger Formålet med denne artikel er at afdække hvilke faktorer der er bestem- mende for om en -(e)t-form kongruensbøjes eller ej i kombination med hjælpeverbet være, fx gerningsmændene er bevæbnede; gerningsmæn- dene er anholdt (*anholdte). Ved en -(e)t-form forstås nærmere bestemt en ordform der er dannet ved tilføjelse af -(e)t eller -t til en verbalstamme, altså fx bevæbn-(e)t, anhold-t. De forskellige -(e)t-formers tilbøjelighed til kongruensbøjning i den faktiske sprogbrug belyses ved hjælp af korpusun- dersøgelser (se afsnit 4). Artiklens hovedpointe er at nogle verbalstammer, fx anhold-, danner -(e)t-former der normalt kun kan optræde som (ubøjeligt) supinum efter hjælpeverbet være, mens andre verbalstammer, fx bevæbn-, danner -(e)t - former der i denne kontekst enten kan optræde som supinum eller som (bøjeligt) perfektum participium. Verbalstammer af den førstnævnte type kaldes i det følgende type A-stammer. Verbalstammer af den sidstnævnte typer kaldes type B-stammer. De -(e)t-former der kan dannes af type A- og type B-stammer, kaldes henholdsvis type A-former og type B-former. Disse formers relation til supinum og perfektum participium beskrives nærmere i afsnit 3. Årsagen til at sådanne -(e)t-former ikke optræder som partici- pium i en prædikativkonstruktion (fx gerningsmændene er *anholdte), er at de verbalstammer som de dannes af, generelt danner former med en betyd- ning der ikke opfattes som adjektivisk, dvs. ‘egenskabstilskrivende’ (se af- snit 5). Det at være ‘anholdt’ opfattes ikke som en egenskab ved en referent, men som resultatet af en handling som referenten har været genstand for; der er således tale om en tilstand der implicerer en forestilling om en over- gang fra en initialtilstand (‘ikke anholdt’) til en resultattilstand (‘anholdt’). Denne sidstnævnte resultative betydning omtales i det følgende som verbal betydning. Om en verbalstamme danner -(e)t-former af type A eller type B, afhænger overordnet set af verbalstammens aktionsart (se afsnit 6). 2. Lidt historik I nutidigt dansk har vi, som skitseret ovenfor, en grammatikaliseret skel- nen mellem -(e)t-former med henholdsvis verbal og adjektivisk betydning. Dansk har ligesom de øvrige skandinaviske sprog oprindelig haft gennem- ført kongruensbøjning af -(e)t-former, men har på dette punkt udviklet sig i en anden retning end svensk og norsk (se afsnit 7). Mindre interesse har knyt- tet sig til deres afvikling. På én måde kan man naturligvis sige, at klosterlivet sluttede med Reformationen, men i det mindste forsvandt bygningerne ikke med et snuptag. Tværtimod er der en kompliceret afvikling, som på mange måder er individuel for de enkelte klostre.1 Afviklingen, nedlæggelsen og om- bygningerne af klosterbygningerne er dog uhyre væsentlig for mulighederne for gennem arkæologi og bygningsarkæologi at få kendskab til klostrenes ud- formning i middelalderen, hvor de var i brug. Nu hvor vi er begyndt at fejre 500-året for den lutherske Reformation, kunne dette være en anledning til at se på afviklingen af klostrene. Og i sammenhæng hermed kan det også være relevant at se på vilkårene uden for Danmark som i Nordtyskland, der nogen- lunde samtidig overgik til den luthersk evangeliske kirkestruktur uden klostre. Inden for klostervæsnet er det i grunden uhyre sjældent, at man drager sammenligninger mellem Danmark og Nordtyskland – her har man normalt kikket længere væk, hvilket igen hænger sammen med interessen for grund- læggelsestiden, hvor indflydelsen er kommet fra steder som England, Frankrig og Rhinområdet. Disse områder er dog ikke brugbare til sammenligninger om klostrene i forhold til Reformationen. I England skete der nemlig en voldsom forandring med The Suppression of the Monasteries fra 1536-40.

Throughout the following five centuries, around 140 monastic houses (depending on how to count them) were established within the Kingdom of Denmark, the Duchy of Schleswig, the Principality of Rügen and the Duchy of Estonia. These houses represented twelve different monastic orders. While some houses were only short lived and others abandoned more or less voluntarily after some generations, the bulk of monastic institutions within Denmark and its related provinces was dissolved as part of the Lutheran Reformation from 1525 to 1537. This chapter provides an introduction to medieval monasticism in Denmark, Schleswig, Rügen and Estonia through presentations of each of the involved orders and their history within the Danish realm. In addition, two subchapters focus on the early introduction of monasticism to the region as well as on the dissolution at the time of the Reformation. Along with the historical presentations themselves, the main and most recent scholarly works on the individual orders and matters are listed.     1 The ‘long reformation’ in Nordic historical research Report to be discussed at the 28th Congress of Nordic Historians, Joensuu 14-17 August 2014 2 Preface This report is written by members of a working group called Nordic Reformation History Working Group, that was established as a result of a round table session on the reformation at the Congress of Nordic Historians in Tromsø in Norway in August 2011. The purpose of the report is to form the basis of discussions at a session on “The ‘long reformation’ in Nordic historical research” at the Congress of Nordic Historians in Joensuu in Finland in August 2014. Because of its preliminary character the report must not be circulated or cited. P. Jacobsen" and pronounced "I. P. Jacobsen". He began the naturalist movement in Danish literature and was a part of the Modern Breakthrough. Jacobsen was born in Thisted in Jutland, the eldest of the five children of a prosperous merchant. He went to school in Copenhagen and was a student at the University of Copenhagen in 1868. As a boy, he showed a remarkable talent for science, in particular botany. In 1870, although he was already secretly writing poetry, Jacobsen adopted botany as a profession. He was sent by a scientific body in Copenhagen to report on the flora of the islands of Anholt and Læsø. Around this time, the discoveries of Charles Darwin began to fascinate him. Realizing that the work of Darwin was not well known in Denmark, he translated The Origin of Species and The Descent of Man into Danish. When still young, Jacobsen was struck by tuberculosis which eventually ended his life. His illness prompted travels to southern Europe. Literary works Jacobsen's canon consists of two novels, seven short stories, and one posthumous volume of poetry - small, but enough to place him as one of the most influential Danish writers. Prose The historical novel Fru Marie Grubbe (1876, Eng. transl.: Marie Grubbe. A Lady of the Seventeenth Century 1917) is the first Danish treatment of a woman as a sexual creature.

Lolland and the Polish girls, monument in Sakskøbing The island of Lolland and Falster are two near related islands on the South of Copenhagen. They have the best nature in Denmark. Here is beautiful, quit, clean and charming. No polluting industries. The only minus are the windmills, unfortunately!!! You need a car. Take the direction towards Vordingborg, go over the old bridge, Storstrømbro, and find Guldborg. Bridge to Guldborg 2 From Guldborg take Vigsnæsvej to Vignæs and Vestermark. Vigsnæsvej Vestermark with view to Vigsø It is a pure and fascinating place. The zone is protected, because it is a bird sanctuary. 3 Near Vigsnaes Then, turn back through Kirkevej. Vigsnæs church 4 Take Guldstubvej, Kaløvej, then on your right Kaløgraavej, where, at its end, you can continue to the shore to see the bird sanctuary. Then turn back and take Taarsvej towards Taars and stop to see the church and the graveyard. Taars church Here a piece of Denmark’s history: - The church is quite huge, this means that the population was high, and that it has decreased during the centuries. It is a very beautiful and typical Danish church, both inside and outside. - The graveyard is also beautiful and typical Danish. There are two remarkable graves: the first, on the left, are those of the local nobility, the second, on the right, is the common graves of 8 wounded soldiers from the Battle of Dybbelsbro in April 1864.
