King. 06/27/2016 01 Revision initiated to include the Special Exposure Cohort class determination for the King Avenue facility due to inadequate internal radiological exposure monitoring (April 16, 1943, through June 30, 1956) and inadequate external radiological exposure monitoring (April 16, 1943, through February 13, 1951) and to include the class determination for the King Avenue facility due to inadequate internal monitoring of thorium exposures (July 1, 1956, through December 31, 1970). Revised Section 3.0 on occupational medical dose to incorporate updated Project information from ORAUT-OTIB-0006, ORAUT-OTIB-0079 and additional references. Modified Section 4.0 thorium information for internal dose section to include SEC classes, additional detail on chemically separated thorium, and ratios for recycled uranium radionuclides. Added information in Section 5.0 on occupational external dose section to address interpretation of dosimeter results expressed in “arbitrary units.” Added Section 5.8 to include assessment of ambient external radiation exposures in dose reconstructions. Added Section 6.0 to include assessment of internal environmental exposures in dose reconstructions. Incorporates formal internal and NIOSH review comments.
