As a result of a series of corporate transactions, Petitioner hereby updates its real party-in- interest information for purposes of the remaining proceedings in this IPR on remand from the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as shown below. Pursuant to this update, Petitioner identifies the following additional real parties-in-interest in addition to those previously identified: Assurance Wireless 1 84815668.1 USA, L.P., SprintCom, Inc., Sprint Communications, Inc., T-Mobile US, Inc., T- Mobile USA, Inc., and DISH Network Corporation. Previously identified Virgin Mobile USA, L.P. underwent a name change effective February 18, 2020 to change its name to Assurance Wireless USA, L.P. Effective in February 2020, Virgin Mobile brand subscribers were transferred to the Boost Mobile brand. Previously identified Boost Mobile LLC was dissolved in 2016 and its former subscribers were serviced by SprintCom, Inc. until on or about July 1, 2020. On June 11, 2020, SprintCom, Inc., and Assurance Wireless USA, L.P., were substituted as parties to the underlying infringement lawsuit in the Eastern District of Texas, now re-captioned under Case No. 2:20-cv-00007-RWS (E.D.
