Last year’s Alpha Course in Te Awamutu changed Zimbabwean Scholars expat Taisekwa Chikazhe’s life and he will be back to this year’s course — with his newly married wife Linda. Like her husband, she came to New Zealand from Zimbabwe and they met here and married last November. Mr Chikazhe was educated at Africa University and worked in a variety of agricultural settings. He decided to look for a new and exciting challenge in New Zealand and in November 2005 came to work on a dairy farm in Oamaru.
