The student-to-faculty ratio is low, ensuring personal attention from our committed faculty. Professors are very welcom ing toward curious questions, and many of them have an open-door policy. The departmental seminars and coffee hours are instrumen tal in bringing students and faculty in touch with recent research in the field. My stay of nearly two years has been fulfilling, and I do not regret giving up a corporate job offer to pursue research. One of the nice things about our program is that we have a low student-to-faculty ratio. It provides the students with more hands-on experience being involved with faculty research.
