WHEREAS, the Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office advertised the Invitation to Bid for the project with Contract ID No. 18OD0129- Construction of Multi- purpose Building Paso de Blas ES, Brgy. Karuhatan, Valenzuela City posted at the Department of Public Works and Highways website, the PhilGEPS and in a conspicuous places at the premises of the Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office continuously for 7 days beginning January 31, 2018;

WHEREAS, the corrected title for the project is Contract ID No. 18OD0129- Construction of Multipurpose Building, Paso de Blas ES, Brgy. Paso de Blas, Valenzuela City scheduled for bidding on May 9, 2018;

NOW, THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED:

a) To correct the contract name/title and to bid the true and correct identified project “Construction of Multipurpose Building, Paso de Blas ES, Brgy. Paso de Blas, Valenzuela City; and

b) To recommend to the District Engineer, approval thereof.
