Served as adviser, advocate, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator or presiding arbitrator in several hundreds of cases since approximately 1975. Cases include AAA, CDP, CIETAC, JCAA, ICC, ICDR, LCIA, NAFTA, NAI, SIAC and VIAC arbitrations, as well as arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and other types of ad hoc arbitration. Represented parties in mediations and other ADR procedures. Served as a mediator or conciliator.
