Mrs. Schild received a CUP by the Planning & Zoning Commission on June 12, 2019 however the CUP was appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board placed a 2 year term of use as a condition via a Decision signed August 21, 2019. The Landowner and the Lessee both wish to apply for a second CUP for the continued use of a dance studio which may be conditionally permitted in a “M1” Light Manufacturing Zoning District. Approx. FAST STOP 1148, INC: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A COMMERCIAL SIGN (ACTION ITEM: DECISION) A proposal from Fast Stop 1148, Inc, represented by Lytle Signs, for the replacement of an existing sign with a new internally illuminated wall sign; the square footage of the sign is 54.41 sq. ft. at the convenience store and gas station located at 902 West Highway 39 in a “C2” Heavy Commercial Zoning District. No person shall be appointed as Director of Installations unless the Secretary of Defense is satisfied that he has had a substantial amount of experience in the construction of public works of the types constructed by the military depart­ ments.     630 PUBLIC LAW 540-JULY 14, 1952 [66 ST AT. before January 1, 1952. Such an election shall be made in such manner as the Secretary may by regulations prescribe, shall be ir­ revocable, and shall apply in respect of all property held by the person making the election at any time on or before the date on which the election was made and in respect of all periods since February 28, 1913, and before January 1, 1952, during which such person held such property or for which adjustments must be made under sub­ section (b) (2). An election by a transferor, donor, or grantor made after the date of the transfer, gift, or grant of property shall not affect the basis of such property in the hands of the transferee, donee, or grantee. No such election may be made after December 31, 1952." Applicability. SEC. 3. The amendments made by this Act shall apply in respect of taxable years beginning after December 31, 1938.
