Titles for Members 1. All Members are allowed to have titles, but the titles cannot give extra political power. 2. Citizens, Managers and Observers are forbidden to have titles. 3. Members who have titles can opt­out to remove their titles.

IRC safety and regulations 1. The IRC channel #/sen/ and #/rep/ are part of the Parliament, therefore the Constitution applies to these IRC channels. 2. At least four of the seven political sects shall each have a “Tribute” to keep a recorder bot within #/sen/ and #/rep/ to create logs, and that they shall keep the logs public in pastebins. 3. Managers must make sure that no Tributes or other Managers either: a. locking IRC out of public access, or b. highjacking, spamming or pranking on IRC, or c. manipulating logs without reporting publically. 4. If Tributes and Managers are unable to keep recorder bots in order, then there shall be a channel­wide ban of all IRC bots. 5. Singular Elections: 1. Elections are to be handled by Managers. 2. Proof of votes from citizens are required for it to be counted, and it needed: a. suitable proof of personal identification i.e. secure tripcode or ID number, b. registering by typing “voting” in the corrosponding voting thread. 3. They are done either once every week or once per fortnight . 4. Candidates has to register by entering their name and secure­tripcode in the election registration thread or else they cannot join the election. 5. Voters are allowed to vote for up to 5 Candidates on 1 ballot only. 6. If a party gets lower than 0.5% of the total votes, they don't get seats. (Election Threshold) 7. The minimum seat requirement are defined by either Hare or Droop a. Hare quota=totalVotes/totalSeats b. Droop quota=totalVotes/(totalSeats+1)+1 c. Imperiali quota=totalVotes/(totalSeats+2) d. Hagenbach­Bischoff quota=totalVotes/(totalSeats+1) 8. Voting procedures will go as follows (Single Transferable Voting or STV): a. First, The valid votes come in from the ballot box, b. Then we check if any candidates pass quota, c. If there is, the candidate(s) get the seat and surplus votes are transferred, d. Sirplus Transfer value= surplusVotes*nextChoiceRatio/Quota, e. If not, eliminate candidate with the least votes and move vote to next choice, f. Votes that have all candidate choices eliminated is discarded g. If all votes are less than quota, then the candidate with the most vote get the seat h. Repeat step b to g until all seats are taken Party system: 1. All Tripfags (except Observers) can create parties. 2. Parties can share their seats in whatever way they want 3. If your party is to be found too similar to other parties it will be removed or merged. 4. A party must have: a. A name and/or an acronym (For text representation), b. a flag and/or an ensign (For visual representation), c. A declaration and/or a slogan (For public to view), d. An anthem and/or a salute (For public to view), and e. A leadership and/or vote harvesting structure (For public access). Coalition System: 1. Parties and Independents can create Coalitions to form alliances. 2. Coalition can be created via alliance of at least two parties and/or Independent Members, but it cannot have exclusively independent members (see Independents club). 3. Need to be reported and checked by Managers before becomming official. Independents club System: 1. Independents club is formed when alliance of Independents but no party member is united. 2. They may not be seen as a Party but an alliance. 3. They can get more than the seat limit while being Independent: a. if they are able to get more than seat limit of everybody and b. if they give each member more than or equal to the seat limit.

Actions and law making 1. All laws has to pass 2/3rd of the total votes and reach a quorum of 20±​10% o​f total seats. 2. Any laws that do not reach a quorum or have 2/3rd of total votes will not be passed. 3. Quorum is a universal law (a minimun of valid votes must be reached to pass laws). 4. An action can either be: a. action­set (you are allowed to vote on the laws individualy) or b. action­pack (all laws are in one singular bundle). 5. The way to vote is to type this in bold or redtext like this: [(party/Member), Y/N/A, (number of seats)] (​using bold) or [(party/Member), Y/N/A, (number of seats)] (​using redtext) where Y (or +) is yes, N (or ­) is no and A (or 0) is abstain or neutral vote. N (or X) can be used as notation for not­voting seats. Actions for handicapped senators 1. There is a forth option in voting for the Handicapped only. 2. The voting option is called “unfitting” with the alphabet U representing the vote. 3. If at least 1/3rd of all votes are “unfitting” then the Handicapped get to donate his action to another Member who have not voted N in the original action to fix it in the condition that: a. he can rewrite everything except it can’t lost its o​riginal purpose.​ b. that when the Member get the donated action, it does not count as part of his or the party’s daily action quota c. The original purpose should be pre­written by the handicapped, d. if he is breaking this rule will be silenced for 2 days and the Handicapped gets to pass the “unfitiing” action on to another senator to fix, (judged by court)

Election Cycles The voting cycle shall be divided in 2 7­day subcycles. 1. Day1: open polls for voting (only citizens who registered on the respective board get to vote for politicians who have registered on the respective boards). 2. Day2: votes are sended to /sen/ board Managers to count the valid votes and to let parties to distribute their seats. 3. In Day1­2 actions pass by having 2/3rd majority on the chamber that is not having an election. 4. Day3­7 is normal voting days, where actions has to pass either 1/2th votes on both chambers or 2/3rd on total votes, Quorum applies to each chamber separately. 5. Day7 is when parties can register to join an election and have campaigns or commercial advertisements on /sen/ and /rep/. 6. The voting system for electing /sen/s are with STV for 100 seats (may expand to 200 or 300 when there is a long term lack of HoR) while /rep/ are with “Electoral College” PR of : a. “simple”=ceil(UIP of board state/k), where 20<=k<=500 and b. “fair”=ceil[log(UIP of board state)/log(k)] where k = (prime<10) or sqrt(prime<10) or phi or 1/Mascheroni or phi^2 or e or pi or 2pi 7. board state is the top 60 or 100 english boards excluding /b/, P.O., and governmental boards, 300­600 seats total. 8. After voting is finished HotWheels will give a seal of approval on the voting result if he is not busy bacuse of uniting this fine nation and leading our citizens.

The Head Army General can veto the decisions of the court at anytime. 8chan Supreme Court (Judging crimes and disputes beyond 8chan.co area) 1. The 8chan supreme court is consist of: a. political parties (~50 people) coordination team (balanced between party sects), b. board owners and volunteers from the top 100 english boards excluding /b/, P.O. and governmental boards (~300 people), and c. ally sites of 8chan with users of 8chan (<2000 people total). 2. Rules for the prisoners: 1. No private contractors shall be allowed to profit from prison labor of any sort. 2. All prison labor profits shall go towards funding the criminal justice system and any debts of the convict in question. 3. Prisons shall be inspected on a regular basis to ensure that all labor meets legal occupational safety and health standards. 4. Getting new tattoos (a prominent step towards gang membership) are already banned within prisons themselves, but the steps taken to remedy the situation so far have largely included segregating gang members from non gang members. 5.
