Breakfast Burrito Supplies & Instructions for 50 Ingredients To Breakfast Burrito Supplies & Instructions for 50 Ingredients to Bring Medium Sized Tortillas- 5 packages of 10 Cheese- 2 packages of 24 sliced cheese or 2-3 bags of shredded cheese Milk Bell Peppers- 6 diced (variety of colors) Onions, Tomatoes other veggies (optional) Ground Breakfast Sausage- 2lbs Bacon- 2 packages (crumble after cooking) Eggs- 6-8 dozen Salsa- 3 jars any flavor Large gallon Ziploc Bags Foil to individually wrap burritos (individual sheets or roll) Gallon sized freezer safe Ziploc bags Types of Burritos (approx. 16 of each) Veggie & Cheese Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Sausage, Egg, & Cheese If possible, please make a few without cheese Basic Instructions 1. Cook the sausage and bacon 2. Scramble the eggs add a little milk and stir 3. Prepare the tortillas to be filled with ingredients by having the tortillas laid out and ready to be filled and rolled 4. Dice the bell peppers and other veggies (if applicable) and crumble the bacon 5. Place cheese slices/shredded cheese inside the tortilla 6. Place desired meat/veggie choice on top of the cheese 7. After the ingredients are in the tortillas proceed to roll up the tortillas starting with the ends first, fold them upward creating a shield so the ingredients inside will not fall out, next proceed to roll the tortilla up from one side making it into a closed burrito 8. Individually wrap the burritos in foil and label with a sticker that includes the type of burrito and heating instructions such as “Bacon, egg and cheese burrito with mild salsa and green peppers. If frozen, defrost in the microwave for 1 minute, then heat for an additional minute. “ 9. Place 5 wrapped burritos in a gallon Ziploc bag and label with a date. .
