Order of Business (5 Nov 2013) Terence Flanagan (Dublin North East, Independent) When will the housing (miscellaneous provisions) Bill be introduced and will it deal with the frightening situation relating to homelessness in cities throughout the country? The position in respect of the latter is particularly bad in Dublin, where there has been an 88% increase in the level of homelessness during the past 12 months. I am sure the is aware that not far from the gates of Leinster House one can see homeless people sleeping rough.
