Load the busses and depart for Pittsburgh International Airport. 03:30 AM Arrive at Pittsburgh International Airport and check in for your flight. 05:35 AM Southwest flight 1625 departs for MCO. 08:05 AM Arrive in Orlando Your 24-hour Tour Director, Mike Conway, will meet you at the airport and remain with you until your final airport departure. 08:30 AM Meet your three 56 passenger motorcoaches and depart for the Walt Disney World Resort. Tour Participants will have the use of a $20 Disney debit card towards meals in the park today. 08:15 AM (Bus 3) Drill Team departs for Disney Dancin’ Workshop 08:30 AM Color Guard is dropped off at the front of EPCOT, Band remains on the coaches and travels to the back of EPCOT for their workshop 09:00 AM The West Mifflin Drill Team will participate in the Disney Dancin' Workshop. Performers find out what it takes to be an integral member of a cohesive dance cast as they learn techniques to help maximize their rehearsal time and deliver a focused performance. The West Mifflin Titan Thunder Band will participate in You're Instrumental, a Disney Performing Arts Workshop for Bands. In this workshop, you'll sight-read, prepare and record a polished performance of special Disney music selections in a studio environment like a professional musician. 11:30 AM At the conclusion of the workshop, band members will be released into EPCOT. (Bus 3) The Drill Team returns to EPCOT via motorcoach 12:00 Noon (Bus 3) Color Guard meets at the EPCOT Bus Parking Lot and departs for their Disney Workshop 01:00 PM The Titan Color Guard will participate in a Disney Auxiliration workshop. Performers undergo a high- energy warm-up and learn valuable flag and movement basics before launching into a mock Disney audition, where they'll learn tips to improve their chances of success. The workshop culminates in an exhilarating performance of a Disney style production number incorporating everything the students have learned. 03:30 PM (Bus 3) At the conclusion of the Auxiliration Workshop, meet the coach and return to EPCOT. 09:00 PM IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, a mesmerizing fireworks, laser and water show featuring a rousing soundtrack, plays nightly for Guests of all ages in the World Showcase area in Epcot theme park. Seen atop the World Showcase Lagoon, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth is a spectacular 12-minute, live pyrotechnic show that brings together the past, present and future of our planet and its colorful nations. 09:30 PM (Busses 1, 2 & 3) Return to your hotel. 11:00 PM Two private security guards on duty Saturday, 24 February Performance Time to be Determined by Disney Performing Arts 07:00 AM Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel 08:30 AM Meet the coaches and depart for Magic Kingdom. Time TBD The West Mifflin Marching Band marches down Main Street in Disney's Magic Kingdom! Disney Performing Arts at the Walt Disney World® Resort sets the standard for which all other performance opportunities are measured. Reinforce Disney lifelong lessons in teamwork, discipline, and artistic growth at one of the most high-profile venues in the world. Disney Performing Arts represents a legacy of millions of performers who have graced the stages and marched the parade routes of the Walt Disney World® Resort. Time TBD At the end of the parade, load the equipment truck and return to the park for the remainder of the day. 10:00 PM Wishes Nighttime Spectacular: Join Jiminy Cricket and the Blue Fairy as they celebrate the power of believing. Your heart will soar as you hear a medley of famous Disney songs and the voices of Disney characters in the biggest fireworks extravaganza in Magic Kingdom park history! 10:30 PM After the fireworks, meet as a group in front of the "Floral Mickey" and after accounting for everyone, take the ferryboat back to the Ticket and Transportation Center and then meet the motor coaches for the ride back to the hotel. 11:00 PM Two private security guards on duty. Sunday, 25 February 07:00 AM Bus transfer to the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary for 7:30 AM Roman Catholic Mass.
