Jamiyat ishlab chiqarishining har qanday vositasidan oqilona va samarali foydalanishni yo‟lga qo‟yish, eng avvalo, uning xususiyatlarini bilish hamda shu asosda tashkil etish bilan uzviy bog‟liqdir. Bu qoida, birinchi galda, shunday vositalardan biri xisoblangan yerga, undan foydalanishni amalga oshirishga taaluqli bo‟lib, uning barcha xususiyatlari xossalarini chuqur o‟rganish, ular joylashgan hududning barcha tabiiy, iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy va ekologik xolatlarini xisobga olish ushbu jarayonni samarali tashkil etishga, iqtisodiyot tarmoqlarini oqilona joylashtirishga imkon beradi. Yerlardan foydalanishni tashkil etish tizizmida ayniqsa, landshaftli xududlardagi qishloq xo‟jaligi ekin maydonlarini to‟g‟ri tashkil etishga alohida e‟tibor beriladi. Gap shundaki, respublikamizning sug‟oriladigan ekin maydonlarining deyarli 1/3 qismi landshaftli birmuncha murakkab bo‟lgan xududlarda joylashgan. Bunday xududlarning nishabligi kata bo‟lgan joylarda suv eroziyasi kuzatiladi. Jumladan “Davyergeodezkadastr” qo‟mitasining bergan ma‟lumotlariga qaraganda, respublika umumiy ekin yerlarining 300,0 5 ming gektari suv eroziyasiga uchraydi.[8] Buning natijasida qishloq xo‟jalik ekinlarining hosildorligi pasayadi. Xususan G‟.A.Temirovning bergan ma‟lumotlariga qaraganda, suv eroziyasiga kamroq uchragan xududlarda paxtaning xosildorligi eroziyaga uchramagan xududlarga nisbatan 10-15,0% ga, o‟rtacha uchragan hududlarda 28-30,0% g ava kuchli darajada uchragan xududlarda 45-50,0% ga pasayadi.[18] Shunday ekan sug‟oriladigan ekin yerlarida yuz beradigan eroziya jarayonlarini oldini olish yoki unga qarshi ma‟lum bir chora-tadbirlar ishlab chiqish hamda yerlardan foydalanish tizimida qo‟llash bunday jarayonlarni kamaytirish va bartaraf etishga, shu asosda ekin maydonlaridan foydalanish samaradorligiga imkon beradi. Bu xususda 2019 yil 17 iyunda O‟zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining “Qishloq xo‟jaligida yer va suv resurslaridan samarali foydalanish chora-tadbirlari to‟g‟risida”gi “PF/-5742 sonli Farmoni”ga binoan qabul qilingan “Qishloq xo‟jaligida yer va suv resurslaridan samarali foydalanish konsepsiyasi”da e‟tirof etilgan. “Tuproq eroziyasi va degradatsiyasi, shamol va garmseldan muhofaza qilish maqsadida biomeliorativ tadbirlar qo‟llashni kengaytirish, ixotazorlar barpo etish va qayta tiklash hamda o‟rmon fondi yerlarida cho‟l-ozuqabop o‟simliklar plantatsiyalari va ularni tashqi ekologik omillardan muxofaza qiluvchi yaylovlarni yaratish”.[9] Darhaqiqat, tuproq eroziyasini oldini olish yoki uni ko‟payib ketishiga qarshi ma‟lum tadbirlar belgilash hamda ularni qishloq xo‟jaligi amaliyotida qo‟llash bo‟yicha ma‟lum tashkiliy ishlarni amalga oshirish istiqbolda katta ijobiy samara beradi. Ma‟lumki, tuproq eroziyasiga qarshi kurash bo‟yicha qator tadbirlar majmuasi yaratilgan va uzoq yillardan beri qo‟llab kelinadi. Bunday tadbirlarga asosan tashkiliy-xo‟jalik, agrotexnik, o‟rmon-meliorativ va gidrotexnik tadbirlar kiradi. Ularni har bir hududning tabiiy, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiyva ekologik xususiyatlaridan kelib chiqqan holda amalda qo‟llash eroziyani oldini olishda yoki bartaraf etishda muhim amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi. Albatta, tuproq eroziyasini oldinin olishga yo‟naltirilgan tadbirlarni qo‟llash ma‟lum tashkiliy-xo‟jalik ishlarini bajarilishini ko‟zda tutadi. Bunda hudud uchun maxsus tadbirlarni o‟zida mujassamlshtirgan yer tuzish loyihalari alohida o‟rin egallaydi. Aynan shunday loyihalarni har bir eroziyaga uchragan murakkab landshaftli hududlardagi sug‟oriladigan ekin yerlaridan foydalanishni oqilona tashkil etishga yo‟naltirilgan ichki yer tuzish loyihalarini ishlab chiqishning ilmiy va uslubiy qirralarini takomillashtirish bo‟yicha tadqiqotlar olib boorish, ular natijalarini amaliyotga joriy etish, so‟zsiz, qishloq xo‟jaligi yerlaridan foydalanish tizimini yaxshilaydi. Aynan ushbu fikr-mulohazalar ilmiy tadqiqot oldiga qo‟yilgan muammoning dolzarbligini ko‟rsatadi. 6 Muammoni o’rganilganlik darajasi. Dissertatsiya ishi murakkab landshaftli hududlarda sug‟oriladigan ekin maydonlarida uchraydigan suv eroziyasiga qarshi tadbirlar ishlab chiqish asosida ular samaradorligini oshirish bo‟yicha ilmiy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga bog‟langan. Respublikamizning sug‟oriladigan yer maydonlaridan foydalanishni oqilona tashkil etish, bunda tuproqlar eroziyasi jarayonlarini o‟rganish va ularni bartaraf etish bo‟yicha ma‟lum tadbirlar majmuasini yaratish, mamlakatda davlat yer kadastrini yuritish, yer tuzish ishlarini o‟tkazish, yer monitoringini olib borish, yerdan foydalanishni uzoq muddatli prognozlash masalalarini doimiy ilmiy va amaliy jihatlardan o‟rganib borish muhim ahamiyatga egadir. Darhaqiqat bu qayd qilingan masalalar bo‟yicha respublikamizdagi va umuman, butun dunyodagi olimlar tomonidan qator ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borilgan va bugungi kunda hali bunday ilmiy izlanishlar olib borilmoqda. Yer maydonlaridan foydalanishni tuproqlar eroziyasiga qarshi tadbirlar asosida tashkil etish bo‟yicha Rosssiyalik olimlardan Volkov S.N, Sulin V.A., Zakletin V.Ya., Sarekina O.A., Burixin A.N., Qozog‟istonlik olimlardan Gendelman M.A., Madl Ya.Ya., Tiachuk S.A., Qirg‟izistonlik olimlardan Denisov V.V., Ismoilova Q.Ch., Bayikova A.J., O‟zbekistonlik olimlardan Maqsudov A.K., Akramova L.A., Tolipov G‟.A., Haqberdiyev O.A., Qo‟ziyev R.Q., Avezbayev S.A., Chertovitskiy A.S., Grechixin V.N., Babajanov A.R., Ramazanov O.R. va boshqalarning ilmiy tadqiqotlarini keltirish mumkin. Ammo, bugungi kundagi iqtisodiy va yer islohotlari yerdan foydalanishning oldingi shaklllarini tubdan o‟zgartirib yubordi, yerga egalik qilish huqulari o‟zgardi, yangi shakldagi qishloq xo‟jalik korxonalari vujudga keldi. DOI: https://doi.org/10.36713/epra3815 ABSTRACT With the use of resource-saving agro-technology and processing with a new combination aggregate in autumn, cotton yield of 37.9-40.4 c/ha was obtained from the variants where the 50% annual rate of 200 kg/ha norm of nitrogen was applied in the form of liquid ammonia under the ridges and the remaining 50% of liquid ammonia was used during the growing period of cotton plant in the form of ammonium salt petre by stratification. In these variants cotton seeds were sown in single-row and double-row methods. They produced additional yield of 4.1-5.9 c/ha compared to the control variants and the highest economic efficacy was achieved. Net profit from these variants constituted 2079,1-2793.7 thousand sums, profitability rate was 52.3-68.4%, in comparison with control variants, the net profit was 1127,7-1569,3 thousand sums more while the profitability rate was 29,1%.

Second, it is the sale of packaged nuts in the retail system. Marketing research conducted by the author has shown that the population’s demand for nuts is growing rapidly. Third, the export of these roasted and crushed nuts is important. The importance of agriculture to the economy of Uzbekistan has significantly declined since 2000; in 2016, agriculture contributed 18.1% to the country’s gross domestic product (GDP),1 down from 34.4% in 2000. However, agriculture is the second largest employer after services, providing a third of national employment. Uzbekistan also continues to be the major supplier of fresh and processed fruits and vegetables to the neighboring countries, especially Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, and 80 other countries around the world. Agriculture production also provides vital livelihood opportunities to majority of rural households. 2. The proposed project will finance the establishment of agro-logistics centers (ALCs), initially for horticulture, in two locations—Andijan and Samarkand—taking into account international best practices. Such infrastructure will provide all necessary facilities and services under one roof: storage, auction, food safety certification, customs clearance, quarantine, transport, shipping, expert market advice, trade finance and commercial banking etc. The project will help increase production of agricultural products with higher value-added and thus will directly and indirectly benefit significant number of people dealing with production, marketing, processing, storage and export of the agricultural produce. 3.
