It captures 20 journeys of African women and organisations contributing to the implementation of the Women, Peace and Security agenda in Africa. The resolution calls on all actors involved to adopt a gender perspective when negotiating and implementing peace agreements, and further calls on all parties to armed conflict to fully respect international law applicable to the human rights of women and girls, as civilians and as refugees. A general view of the meeting as the vote is taken.
