Activation of the Plan This plan will be activated when an emergency has occurred and when is obvious that the normal emergency response by the Emergency Services will be overwhelmed e.g. widespread flooding. Any member of the Parish Council may activate the plan if they become aware of an emergency situation or a member of the local Community contacts them about a situation.
