WCHA Offensive Player of the Week, Powered by GoodWood Hockey Maddy Field, Jr., F, Ohio State (Oakville, Ontario) Field was a scoring machine this weekend at the OSU Ice Rink, lighting the lamp a NCAA-best five times to help nationally fifth-ranked Ohio State sweep Minnesota State and secure its first WCHA Final Faceoff appearance since 2013. The junior from Oakville, Ontario opened the WCHA Quarterfinals series with her first career hat trick in the Buckeyes’ 6-0 win Friday. She followed that with a two-goal performance in Saturday’s 5-2 triumph, scoring the game’s first goal and netting a third-period marker to put OSU up, 4-1. Field scored on five of her 12 shots on the weekend and posted a plus-5 rating, second-best in the WCHA last weekend. This is Field’s third WCHA weekly award of the 2017-18 season and her fourth career honor, including one Rookie of the Week accolade.     Parents, Below is information sent to me through email about our camp. I know everyone already filled out the medical release and concussion forms. I sent those forms to OSU along with our payment and each athlete’s registration form. OSU told me to do this. Now they are telling me to bring another copy of these forms (for each kid) with us, along with the signed ringworm form. The only way around this is if you signed the forms electronically online. Please be at the school on Sunday, June 16th between 9:30am -9:45am. Bus leaves at 10am.
