November 2018 Sentinel Braeswood Place President’s Message Homeowners Association by Michael L. Kent, President A Deed-Restricted Community Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and I am thankful to live in this great neighborhood and 4010 Blue Bonnet have you as my neighbor. Thursday, November 1, Braeswood Place Apartments 7 pm, St. Mark’s This summer we contacted Braeswood Place Apartments’ Business Manager Erika Askew to Episcopal, 3816 Bellaire seek assistance in irrigating the esplanade between their property on North Braeswood and Blvd., Youth Room Braes Boulevard. We are pleased to share that Erika commissioned the work and it was Of Special Interest: completed in October. Look for landscape improvements at this intersection later this autumn. Appearance Update Board Elections – pgs 4 - Irrigation installation for esplanades with existing meters on both Buffalo Speedway south and 5 South Braeswood have been completed. North Braeswood should be in progress or complete Toy Drive – pg 10 by the time this edition is distributed. Next steps in our plan is to install upgraded landscaping in these locations and then to install irrigation in the esplanades that do not have water meters.
