Coaching the freshmen team will be William (Bill) Scobie, who is also head track coach at NSU. No stranger to this area Bill will be remem­ bered as varsity coach at Gorman High School for all sports in 1963-65. Bill was born February 4, 1939, in Toledo, Ohio. He received his Bachelor's Degree in 1962, from Wisconsin State University. He com­ pleted work on his Master's Degree at the University of Washington in 1966. His background includes basketball and tennis coach at Redmond High School in Redmond, Washington; a teaching fellowship ( 1965-66) at the University of Washington in Seattle and basketball, track, and football on the ball! coach in the Superior School District, Superior, Wisconsin, 1961-63.
