Änderung der Verordnung Nr. 73 des Sozialministers „Bedingungen und Verfahren zum Umgang mit Suchtstoffen und psychoaktiven Substanzen für medizinische und wissenschaftliche Zwecke sowie zur diesbezüglichen Führung von Aufzeichnungen und Berichterstattung sowie Listen der Suchtstoffe und psychoaktiven Substanzen“ vom 18. Mai 2005 Die Verordnung tritt auf Grundlage von § 3¹ Absatz 1 des Gesetzes über Suchtstoffe und psychoaktive Substanzen sowie deren Grundstoffe in Kraft. Anhang 1 der Verordnung Nr. 73 des Sozialministers „Bedingungen und Verfahren zum Umgang mit Suchtstoffen und psychoaktiven Substanzen für medizinische und wissenschaftliche Zwecke sowie zur diesbezüglichen Führung von Aufzeichnungen und Berichterstattung sowie Listen der Suchtstoffe und psychoaktiven Substanzen“ vom 18. Mai 2005 wird durch den Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung ersetzt.
