Decision ofthe SPAC: Approved. The Special PAC noted that case was rejected by the 32nd State Level Committee meeting held on 24.07.2019 at NHB, Pune on the grounds that land is already under mortgaged at the time of submission of LOI application/subsidy claim. The case was reviewed in terms of decision of DAC & --12-- FW letter dated 28.08.2019 & 11.09.2019 and approved as land value of Rs. 50.00 lakh is more than the loan amount of Rs. 25.80 lakh as reported by the Deputy Director, NHB, Nagpur based on Bank Appraisal Note. It is also informed by the Bank that previous loan of Rs. 9.00 lakh which was appearing in the land documents as mortgaged was already settled on 06.10.2015 before giving loan for NHB project. Accordingly, Deputy Director, NHB, Nagpur recommended for consideration of the project for NHB subsidy as recommended by the .lIT.
The EPC of the project has been worked out of Rs. 16.28 lakh and subsidy approved Rs. 6.51 lakh full & final under general category @ 40 % of the EPe.
