COVID-19 REGULATIONS PLEASE REFER TO THE “COVID-19 READY GUIDE – LADIES SERIES 2021” All players, caddies, player support personnel, Tour Staff, Promoters, Event Contractors and other event participants are required to show 10-day symptom free tracking on the HealthDocs app and must report daily to the official screening station at the event prior to accessing the facilities. • If you did not track your symptoms for 10 days prior to the event: ➢ You will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test or Antigen test (note: not an Anti-body test) certificate and tracking symptoms from the date of the test to be allowed entry. Antigen tests are available at Dischem for R350. • Add the HealthDocs event code 365352 to your profile as well as your caddie’s profile • Location of the Covid-19 screening station: outside the Proshop in the main car park 2. REGISTRATION Player registration must be done via the Sunshine Ladies Tour App before 10am on Tuesday, 6 April and will open at 10am on Friday, 2 April. Please make sure you follow all the online steps to register yourself and your caddie. Contact Sonia on +27 (0) 60 675 1591 if you experience any problems. 3. ENTRY FEES The entry fee for all participants is R500 and is payable before 12pm the day before the 1st round. A credit card payment run will be done before 12h00 for those participants who have supplied their credit card details. Failure to settle your entry fee before the deadline, including “declined” credit card payments, will result in entry fees being doubled. 4. FORMAT The competition will be decided over 54 holes of stroke play played over three days with a cut after 36 holes to the top 30 professionals and ties (amateurs will be in addition to this). Any tournament participant who records a score of +14 or more in the first or second round may be retired. This regulation shall be implemented at the discretion of the Tournament Director having taken into consideration prevailing weather conditions. 5. PRACTICE ROUNDS Practice rounds: Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 April 2021 in the morning only. Practice times must be booked directly with the golf shop 021-761 6551. The agreed green fee for all participating SLT players (professionals and amateurs) will be R250.00 per player for 18 holes and R170 per player for 9 holes. Carts can be hired for R285 per cart per round. PRACTICE RANGE (warm up area only): The Driving range is located adjacent to the 9th fairway and will be operational one hour before play during tournament rounds. There will be no cost during tournament rounds. A bucket of balls during practice rounds may be purchased from the Pro Shop at R20 per bucket. Practice BUNKER, PUTTING & CHIPPING GREEN: Within walking distance of the Clubhouse. 6. YARDAGE BOOKS & USE of DMD’s Yardage books can be purchased online via www.mokhosigolf.co.za at the cost of R250 per book. Books can be collected from the tournament office and proof of payment must be produced. (No proof = No book) The use of distance measuring devices will be allowed for this event, as long as they are conforming and may only measure distance and NOT slope. 7. CADDIES: ACCESS: Players may bring their own caddies however they must adhere to the Covid protocols. Limited RCGC caddies will be available. All non-RCGC caddies will have to sign in at the main gate with their ID numbers. CADDIE FEES: The minimum local caddie fee is R300.00 per round. RCGC has a limited number of trolleys available. Twenty pull trolleys at a cost of R70.00 for 18 holes and five Clicgear at a cost of R120 for 18 holes. Please contact the Pro Shop directly to book. Caddies are NOT allowed in the Clubhouse (with the exception of direct family members). CADDIE AGREEMENTS: In order to avoid any disputes players are encouraged to make use of the temporary caddie service agreement document. Copies are available on the players only app and copies will be available in the tournament office at request. 8. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - There is an on-site ATM in the Clubhouse. - No bag storage is available. - There are no medical facilities on site. - The nearest airport is Cape Town International. - Tee times will be published on Tuesday, 6 April after the registration deadline of 10am. - There are no on course toilets, toilets are only available at the Clubhouse - Catering is available at the Clubhouse, Bar and halfway house - Round 1 and 2 will be two tee starts from 7:30am. Round 3 will be a one tee start. - Prize giving will take place directly after play on the 18th green at approximately 13h30. The winning professional and amateur are required to attend. 9.
