Featuring Guy Fieri, Dave Portnoy and Antonio Galloni as our hosts, this auction will benefitThe Barstool Fund to provide much needed financial relief for hospitality businesses around the country that have been devastated by the prolonged impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This auction came together because we all have one thing in common: we love wine and spirits, and we love drinking them at our favorite restaurants and bars. This year, that’s been tough and we feel it is our responsibility to give back to the hospitality businesses that have given so much to us, and to the communities they serve. There’s something in this auction for everyone, from fine wines and high-end spirits to one-of-a-kind celebrity experiences and exclusive wine dinners, and even experiences with hosts Guy Fieri and Dave Portnoy that are sure to make you Instagram famous.

Testimonies of a rich past and unique expression of terroirs, these rare and precious bottles are an invitation to share intense emotions and moving memories. Legend Vintage 1900 Rivesaltes is of great complexity revealing notes of roasting, cooked and dried fruits.

Clos d’Ora is an exceptional site that sits precisely on a geological point of convergence between limestone and marl soils, in a unique zone of contact. It is a sanctuary dedicated to peace, love and harmony. Here, the earth is tilled by mule, and work on the vines is guided by intuition, feeling, and a connection with nature. Clos d’Ora 2015 is distinguished by its brilliant deep ruby colour. Its character, powerful and elegant, is revealed on the palate by intense aromas of black fruits and subtle, melted tannins.

Château l’Hospitalet nestles in the heart of the protected rocky massif of La Clape, former island extremity of the Pyrenean mountain range. The Château now encompasses a hotel, a gastronomic restaurant, a tasting cellar, art space and boutique, and a rich offer of wine-based sensorial experiences. Château l’Hospitalet 2017 is a brilliant ruby. The intense nose is dominated by spicy and red fruit (strawberry) aromas. The mouth presents silky and fine tannins underlining the fruity freshness of this wine.

Situated in the heart of the Languedoc region in the South of France, it is Clos du Temple, born on the historic terroir of Cabrières, the cradle of rosé wines. As early as 1357, Cabrières wines were served at official banquets and were consecrated on the tables of the Sun King, endowed with the brilliant “royally controlled” appellation. Clos du Temple 2019 is a very pale and glittering rosé. Its nose reveals notes of ripe fruit (apricot, white peach), floral notes of rose and spicy green pepper aromas. On the palate, we find the same scents, with a delicate finish of blond tobacco.

The 2001 Masseto is one of the all-time great wines here. Vertical and soaring in its intensity, the 2001 occupies all dimensions, especially texturally, where it is so rich, so heady and so compelling. Next to other wines, or other vin- tages, the 2001 just has more of everything. I imagine well-stored bottles will drink well for another 15-20 years. The 2001’s reputation as an iconic wine is clearly justified. Lot Details:

The 1999 Icons by Bouchard Père & Fils lot highlights the diversity, excellence, and ageability of the House’s most iconic cuvées through the spectrum of an exceptional vintage, the last of the millennium! Founded in 1731, Bouch- ard Père & Fils is one of Burgundy’s oldest wine merchants and one of the largest landowners in the Côte d’Or. Over the centuries, the House has acquired highly renowned parcels for a total of 321 acres with 30 acres classified as Grands Crus and 183 as Premiers Crus. The lot includes Bouchard Père & Fils “Monopole” since 1872, Beaune Clos de La Mousse, their exclusive vineyards Beaune Grèves Vigne de l’Enfant Jésus and their first parcel acquired in 1775 in Volnay Les Caillerets.

The lot also includes a jeroboam (3L) of Champagne Henriot 1990 in homage to the Henriot family who, in 1995, took the torch from the Bouchard family, owner of one of the few historic Champagne houses, as well as the first family from Champagne to venture to Burgundy.

Of the most enduring vintages, come the most exceptional wines! 1999 was a hotter than normal vintage with frequent alternating rains, cold and hot waves. Today, the Pinot Noirs in this lot display superbly deep and lively complexity with rich, present tannins. The Chardonnays are showing great purity and equal complexity, from citrus to stone fruit notes and a crisp, fresh palate.

Lot Details:

JUSTIN Vineyards and Winery presents an absolutely stunning lot of 11 cases that are not to be missed!

1994 Château La Lagune Château La Lagune is a Grand Cru Classé property that produces some of the finest wines in the Haut-Médoc ap- pellation of Bordeaux, France. La Lagune’s history dates to 1715 when the château was constructed. The vineyards were first planted in 1724. Like many Bordeaux estates after two world wars, La Lagune had fallen into disrepair when Georges Brunet bought it in 1954. He replanted the vineyards and totally renovated the cellar. By the time he sold it to the Ayala Champagne firm in 1961, the property had been transformed. In late 1999, Chateau La Lagune was sold to the Frey family. 2000 was the first vintage for the Frey family at La Lagune. Caroline Frey assumed con- trol of the estate in 2004.

This wine is now fully mature; tobacco, earth, cassis, mushroom and spice scents open to a medium bodied, soft textured, light wine, that ends with red berries, olives and herbs.

1995 Château Langoa Barton The Barton family, the current owners of Grand Cru Classé Château Langoa Barton, can trace their Bordeaux roots back to 1722. That was the year Thomas Barton left Ireland and made his way to Bordeaux. In 1821, the Barton family bought an estate in St. Julien called Pontet-Langlois. Shortly after the sale, they renamed it Chateau Langoa Barton. Following the purchase of Langoa Barton, they bought a second St. Julien estate. Culled from the vineyards of Léoville Las Cases, that estate became Chateau Léoville-Barton. Interestingly, because no cellar or wine making facilities came with the purchase, they were forced to make both wines at Langoa Barton. In time, the production of both wines taking place at Langoa Barton became a tradition.

Langoa Barton has another unique distinction. Out of all the Classed Growths, it is one of the few that is still in the hands of the same family that was an owner at the time of the classification. Today, Langoa Barton is managed by Anthony and Lilian Barton.

Classic in style, the wine is a bit firm in character. On the nose, the wine has earthy, tobacco, cedar and cassis notes and is bright, crisp, full bodied with firm tannins on the palate. There is an herbal note in the earthy cassis driven finish. Continues on following page 1995 Clos l’Église The estate of Clos L’Eglise is one of the older chateaux in Pomerol dating all the way back to the 18th century. That is also when the farmhouse that remains in use today was constructed. At the time, Chateau Clos L’Eglise was a larger estate. The modern era of Clos L’Eglise begins in 1975, when the property and its wine making facilities were completely redesigned and modernized by the Moreau family also the owners of nearby Chateau Plince. The old wood tanks were replaced by stainless steel. The next step forward took place in early 1997 when the estate was sold to Sylviane Garcin Cathiard.

Medium-bodied, and at its peak, this is a plum filled, round wine with truffle, cocoa, smoke, espresso and black cherries on the nose and on the soft-textured palate.

1995 La Croix de Gay Château La Croix de Gay has a long history in the Pomerol appellation. But the owners of the vineyard, the Ray- naud-Lebreton family, have an even longer history in Bordeaux dating back to 1477. The official estate dates back to at least the mid-1800s as wine was produced from the vineyard in 1772. However, the modern era begins in the late 1960s, when the owners expanded the operation. Today, the estate remains in the hands of the Raynaud and Lebreton families. In 1998, Chantal Lebreton took over managing the estate and the winemaking after her father Noel Raynaud passed away.

Fully mature, this wine has soft, silky textures, a medium body, and a floral, plummy, truffle essence.

1996 Clos Lacombe Clos Lacombe Pomerol is a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc from a small estate. Soft yet full bodied with layered cherry fruit flavors. Spicy notes and savory tannins on the finish. The winery was founded in 1905, and it has historically been a part of the Château le Caillou winery. The manor is owned by the family since 1975 and An- dre Giraud has modernized its entire wine production. A rich and ripe wine with a great structure and elegant, soft tannins. Brilliant ruby-red color. Aroma of ripe fruit, blackberry, plum, cherry, caramel and fresh pepper. Soft yet full bodied with layered cherry fruit flavors. Spicy notes and savory tannins on the finish. Very good complexity.

Château d’Armailhac This Grand Cru Classé estate in Pauillac was previously part of their massive vineyards that we know of today as Château Mouton-Rothschild. The name of the estate came from one of the first owners of the estate, Dominique d’Armailhacq. During the late 1600s, the d’Armailhacq brothers earned their living as river boat captains on the Gironde estuary. It was at that point in time they began purchasing land in Pauillac.

The d’Armailhacq family continued to own the estate until 1843, when the family had fallen deeply into debt and was forced to sell a portion of their property to satisfy their debt. They sold the estate to the Ferrand family who in turn sold it to the young, and soon to be famous Baron Philippe de Rothschild in 1934. At the time, the property was known as Château Mouton d’Armailhacq; the Baron changed the name to Château d’Armailhac. For the Baron, this was an important purchase as d’Armailhac was located right next to his Château Mouton Roth- schild. This purchase allowed him to expand his holdings in Pauillac. Baron Philippe also took over the Bordeaux trading arm of d’Armailhac, which allowed the Baron to begin producing and marketing the first branded Bordeaux wine, Mouton Cadet.

Mature now and firm in character, with a tannic spine that never faded. The wine is medium bodied, with crisp, red/ black berries, tobacco, cedar and warm earth characteristics.

About Caymus Vineyards: In 1972, Chuck Wagner started Caymus Vineyards with his parents, Charlie and Lorna, with a bold plan and an uncharted future. They were a family of farmers with deep roots in the Napa Valley dating back to the 1850s. Today, Caymus Cabernet is one of the region’s most celebrated wines. Made from grapes farmed in 8 of Napa Valley’s 16 appellations, it has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins - as approachable in youth as in maturity. Chuck Wagner continues to make two world-renowned Cabernet Sauvignons - Caymus Napa Valley and Caymus Special Selection. Two of his children, Charlie and Jenny Wagner, now work alongside him, and the family offers a collection of wines sourced from premier winegrowing regions of California and beyond. They all feel extremely fortunate to be spending their days in pursuit of making extraordinary wine, year after year and genera- tion after generation.

Click here to bid on this lot! Lot 20 Lunch at Cheval Blanc, Plus a 2015 Double Magnum

The lot at a glance:

Private lunch at the Cheval Blanc Château in Bordeaux for 8

1 double magnum (3L) Château Cheval Blanc 2015

Lot Details:

Château Cheval Blanc offers you a double-magnum of one of its iconic recent vintages, 2015. As you’ll probably keep the bottle for you children or grand-children, and we want you to enjoy Cheval Blanc right now, we’ll welcome you directly at the Château! You’ll visit the whole estate, and you will have a private lunch with your family or friends (up to 8 people) with an outstanding selection of some vintages of Cheval Blanc.

2015 was a dry vintage, warm at the beginning of the year and then cool during the period of maturation. Due to the exceptional homogeneity of the harvest, the 2015 vintage is remarkably harmonious and well-balanced. The blend of this vintage is 55% merlot and 45% cabernet franc.

Initially discreet, the first nose quickly reveals its aromatic complexity. You’ll find here notes of red and black fruit: cherry, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant. Floral notes abound too with violet, rose, peony and lilac. As the wine opens up slightly caramelised notes with pepper and spices appear. A particularly vibrant and clean nose. A creamy, voluminous attack develops into a mid-palate with powerful, plush, round, rich and elegant tannins. The elegance of this wine with its persistent fresh and fruity finish are the result of the exquisite balance between the tannins and acidity. The aromatic intensity of this Cheval Blanc is impressive.

Concerning the lunch at the estate, we suggest you to arrive at 11:00 AM to have the time to discover the vineyards and the cellar. The lunch will take place at the château, on the terrace or in the dining room. Your host will be very pleased to share with you different courses with a special food and wine pairing.

Click here to bid on this lot! Lot 21 H.R.H Prince Robert of Luxembourg Presents Domaine Clarence Dillon

The lot at a glance:

1 magnum (1.5L) Château Quintus 2016 1 magnum (1.5L) Château Haut-Brion 2016 1 magnum (1.5L) Château Haut-Brion Blanc 2016 1 magnum (1.5L) Château La Mission Haut-Brion 2016 1 magnum (1.5L) Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc 2016

Lot Details:

Enjoy a stunning selection of iconic Bordeaux wines put together by H.R.H Prince Robert of Luxembourg on behalf of Domaine Clarence Dillon.

One magnum of Château Quintus 2016 The colour is a quite deep garnet-red. The first impression on the nose is of ripeness, but not to excess. Fresh fruity aromas predominate. The attack is smooth, silky, and caressing on the palate. The wine then spreads out without a trace of hardness. The middle palate is full-bodied and tight-knit, going into a long aftertaste. The fruity flavours are accompanied by discreet, elegant oak. After the flamboyant 2015 Quintus, the 2016 is fresh, fruity, remarkably well-focused and well-structured. It also displays a depth never before achieved by this estate.

One magnum of Château Haut-Brion 2016 Bright red with garnet-red and purple highlights. The nose is very expressive and complex: a combination of red and black fruit, violets, etc., plus a remarkable impression of freshness! The wine starts out full-bodied and juicy on the palate, then develops with incredible refinement, showing rich tannin and plenty of volume, but no aggres- siveness. The wine is broad-based and thick, but not heavy. Not a hair out of place, nothing to excess. And what a flavour!!! This Haut-Brion is undoubtedly one of the château’s greatest successes.

Continues on following page One magnum of Château Haut-Brion Blanc 2016 Beautiful deep yellow, almost golden colour. The bouquet is immediately elegant, complex, and fruity. Aromas of citrus, peach, and a touch of lemon are released after swirling in the glass. The wine is broad-based on the palate, starting out rich and full-bodied. It develops a full, aromatic flavour profile, without heaviness. Marking the wine without overwhelming it, Sauvignon Blanc contributes freshness and length. The 2016 white Château Haut-Brion shows impressive volume and power.

One magnum of Château La Mission Haut-Brion 2016 Very intense, remarkable, garnet-red colour. The nose shows impressively ripe fruit, concentration, and complexity. This is the epitome of a wine made from grapes with just the right degree of maturity. The wine starts out gener- ous, sweet, and broad-based on the palate, going on seamlessly to reveal increasing body and power. The class, breeding, and sophistication of the tannin are obvious. 2016 La Mission Haut-Brion is certainly the most complete and charming the château has made in a long time.

One magnum of Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc 2016 Beautiful yellow colour with green highlights. Intense, fresh, fruity nose with a hint of menthol. White peach and cit- rus overtones appear when the wine is swirled in the glass. The wine is quite juicy on the palate, going on to show power and richness. The finish is mouth-watering, almost salty. This white Mission Haut-Brion is atypical in that this is the first time that Sauvignon Blanc constitutes the main variety in the blend. The white 2016 is a very classic vintage - polished and extremely precise.

Lot Details:

Bid on this lot to enjoy 4 bottles of Diageo Limited Release Scotch Whisky. All were part of Diageo Special Release batches between 2015-2017, with limited bottles of each produced. These are some truly rare Scotches! Below are bottling notes, directly from Diageo.

The Cally 40 Year Old The first release since 2011’s Port Dundas and only the second ever as far as we can remember. Caledonian grain distillery in Edinburgh closed in 1988 and is rarely seen - this 40 year old is comfortably the oldest official release and has been nicknamed ‘The Cally’, as the distillery was by those who worked there.

Cambus 40 Year Old 1975 Perhaps unsurprisingly, this is also the oldest ever official bottling of Cambus. Aged in refill American oak hogs- heads, just 1,812 bottles have been produced.

Cragganmore, Special Releases 2016 A no-age statement expression launched as part of the Diageo Special Releases 2016. This is from the meatier end of the Cragganmore spectrum, packed with rich and weighty flavours that open up to reveal sweet fruit and brown sugar with a drop or two of water.

Convalmore 32 Year Old 1984 Convalmore is a familiar face in the Diageo Special Releases line-ups, with the 2017 outturn marking the closed distillery’s fourth appearance in the series. And this superb 32 year old shows exactly why the malt has earned its place. Vibrant and complex with an impeccable balance between distillery character and oak, the liquid is from refill American oak hogsheads and is bottled at a natural cask strength of 48.2%. Only 3,972 bottles of this delight have been released, so get in quick.

Click here to bid on this lot! Lot 30 Château Ducru-Beaucaillou 1982

The lot at a glance:

12 bottles (750ml) Château Ducru-Beaucaillou 1982 in two six-pack cases

Lot Details:

Château Ducru-Beaucillou celebrated its 300 year anniversary in 2020. For 300 years, six families have nurtured an indelible bond with Château Ducru-Beaucillou. It owes its name to its “beautiful pebbles” (Beau Cailloux, in French) that geologists refer to less romantically as Günzian gravels. These quartz pebbles were deposited by the Gironde estuary at the beginning of the Quaternary period, some two million years ago. These pebbles render the soil poor in nutrients and guarantees the qualitative excellence of the wines.

Enjoy two six-pack cases of this classic Medoc wine in the historic 1982 vintage, cellared by the Château in Saint-Julien, Bordeaux.

Cellar Master Tasting Note: Medium garnet colour with a rich, complex bouquet of creme de cassis, blackberry liquor, discreet exotic spices (clove, star anise) layered with notes of tobacco, leather and cedar. On the palate the fruit is highly concentrated, interwoven with the firm but fine-grained, silky tannins and full body giving delicate lacy texture. The freshness on the palate brings precision to the fruit flavours. The finish is very persistant and beautiful balanced. Drinking beauti- ful now and can easily hold another 15+ years. (2020).

97 Points, Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate: Medium brick colored, it comes galloping out of the glass with bold, expressive notes of Black Forest cake, pre- served plums and mincemeat pie with hints of cigar box, star anise, eucalyptus and espresso plus wafts of roasted nuts and iron ore. Medium to full-bodied, generous and opulent, the palate has beautifully ripe, fine-grained tan- nins and tons of youthful fruit, finishing with epically long-lasting layers of preserved black fruits and exotic spices. (8/2020).

Click here to bid on this lot! Lot 33 Duckhorn Presents a Calera Library Veritical

The lot at a glance:

36 bottles (750ml) Calera Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir (Ryan Vineyard and Mills Vineyard selections from 2003-2005)

Lot Details:

Good things come to those who wait! Three vintages, two vineyards, one collection. We have hand selected a distinguish collection of library wines from Calera’s esteemed Mt. Harlan vineyards. Take home 36 bottles of a 2003-2005 vertical of Pinot Noir’s from the renowned Ryan and Mills estate vineyards. After many years in Calera’s estate wine library, these wines have reached levels of depth and complexity that is sure to please the most cultivated wine enthusiast. Enjoy!

Calera’s vineyards soar at an average of 2200 feet above sea level and are cooled by the direct flow of cold marine air off the Pacific Ocean through the Monterey Bay coast, towards the upper elevations of the Gavilan Mountain Range and Mt. Harlan. The elevation further moderates the climate in what many expect to be a hot growing region reducing the temperature about three degrees for every 1000 feet of height in elevation. Planted in 1998, Ryan is named after Jim Ryan, Calera’s vineyard manager since 1979, a surprise to Jim until he saw the first vintage in bottle in 2002. The young vines from the Ryan vineyard produce wines of bright, lively red fruit just beginning to hint at that definitive Mt. Harlan minerality. Planted in 1984, Mills is named for Everett Mills, a neighbor and friend who always kept an eye on Josh’s progress during the early development years. It produces wines that are fragrant and spicy, with broad round tannins and a long finish.

2017 Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley Aromas of boysenberry and dark cherry with bright floral accents and subtle toasted oak rise from the glass. Silky upon entry, lush boysenberry and cherry flavors fill the palate, along with hints of dusty earth, spice and oak. The tannins are smooth and refined, and the finish long and juicy.

2017 Far Niente Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley Aromas of mixed berry, chocolate, light earth and licorice lead into a full entry, with mixed berry flavors, a velvety mid-palate and a great backbone of coating, age-able tannin. Mouthwatering plum and blackberry flavors follow all the way through to the end. Layers of toasted oak are well integrated, adding structure and support to the ripe fruit flavors.

Continues on following page 2018 Nickel & Nickel John C. Sullenger Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley Beautiful red plum and raspberry aromas underscored by subtle spice and earth open onto layers of juicy red fruit flavors. Classic Oakville tannins support the full, round palate, while soft toasted oak and spice lift the long, seduc- tive finish.

2018 Nickel & Nickel State Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon, Yountville, Napa Valley From the outset, this is one powerful, deeply expressive Cabernet with heady black currant, plum, and cedar aro- mas leading into a big, juicy entry. Layered currant and black cherry flavors are accented by elegant clove notes. Bold, coating tannins support frame the entire wine, and hints of wet slate add dimension to a dark, brooding finish.

2018 EnRoute Pinot Noir, “Les Pommiers” Russian River Valley A fragrant dried rose petal and berry potpourri flow a lush, juicy entry. Darker raspberry preserves and blackberry flavors fill the midpalate, with clove and forest floor accents showing through to the finish. This wine is opulent and silky from start to end, with lovely fruit and spice notes that linger on the palate.

2016 Bella Union Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley The 2016 Bella Union opens with inviting aromas of black cherry, dark plum, blueberry, and cassis with intimations of warm oak, vanilla, and baking spices. Expansive, fruit-forward plum, black cherry, and blueberry flavors coat the midpalate, followed by notes of toasted oak, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Supple tannins and bright acidity pave the way to a mouthwatering finish.

2014 Dolce Late Harvest, Napa Valley The 2014 Dolce offers lifted tropical fruit notes. Characteristics of Dolce, the fruit-driven flavors follow the promise of the aromatics and an enticing blend of exotic notes are carried long into the finish. Together with notes of ripe, fresh loquat, orange, and apricot, the richness of this vintage is expressed with a vanilla crème brûlée character reminiscent of bakery smells, and flavors of caramelized custard. The wine’s texture is silky with mouth-filling vol- ume and a long finish carrying the fruitful flavors; altogether this vintage is a delight to the senses.

The Finite Wine collection will reveal the delights of what beautifully aged, extremely limited production Sherry has to offer.

This collection comprises a number of different styles of vintage sherries from the very driest to the misterious and the sweetest expressions. Click here to bid on this lot! Lot 45 W&J Graham’s Port Ne Oublie

The lot at a glance:

One bottle (750ml) Ne Oublie Very Old Tawny Port in hand-made crystal Atlantis decanter

Lot Details:

The Symington family has released 656 bottles of a Port that dates back to the arrival of their great-grandfather Andrew James Symington in Portugal in 1882. The family named this wine ‘Ne Oublie’, after the original Graham’s family motto and for the company where A.J. Symington started his life’s work.

This extraordinary wine has been bottled in individually numbered, hand-made crystal decanters designed by Portugal’s leading glass manufacturer, Atlantis. Three sterling silver bands, molded and engraved by Scottish Silversmiths Hayward & Stott, and carrying the mark of the Edinburgh Assay Office, adorn the glass. The decanter is presented in a bespoke presentation box handcrafted with the finest leathers by Smythson of Bond Street, London: one of the world’s oldest luxury leather goods companies. Hence, Ne Oublie represents the work of the very finest artisans of the three nations from which the Symington family is descended: Scotland, England, and Portugal.

ANDREW JEFFORD, IN THE WORLD OF FINE WINE, ISSUE 37, 2012: I was prepared by now for a palate explosion, and I got one: The wine was salty, deep, profoundly aromatic, sweet and acidic, too. Despite its prodigious wealth of flavour, it was seamlessly harmonious, thick yet almost silky, its spirit smoothed into the wine to the point of invisibility. Apples and cinders, burned raisins, thyme and pomegran- ate, creosote and apricot skins, liquorice and treacle, chocolate and toasted almond. Off it went again, ceaselessly murmuring a secular rosary of sensual reasons as to why staying alive might be a good idea. It was almost as if the wine had been out and about for all of this time, wandering the hills and the plains and the entrepôts, gathering sackfuls of scent and flavour as it travelled.

... Should you ever be in a position to ambush a bottle, don’t hesitate. This is no mummy, no museum piece, no doubtful fingernail in a dusty glass case, but a synopsis of life and time in the finest fettle.

Lot Details:

This luxury lot from Inglenook includes several large format bottles from the incredible 2015 and 2016 vintages - including magnums and double magnums of the Rubicon and Cabernet Sauvignon from both vintages.

Along with these amazing wines, you also will receive a visit for up to eight people for a Salon Experience at the beautiful and historic Inglenook Estate. One of Napa Valley’s oldest and most celebrated wine estates, where the vineyards are certified 100% organic farming, and offers some of the most spectacular views in the valley.

The production of Rubicon, Inglenook’s premier red wine, began in 1978 and restored the. Estate’s legacy of making world-class wines. Rubicon is an elegant blend from the finest vineyard blocks, and showcases the highest poten- tial of both the estate and the vintage.

- 2015 Rubicon displays both elegance and generosity. Resonant scents of black cherries, blackberries, and other dark fruits are enhanced by subtle nuances of vanilla bean, mocha, and allspice. Round, lush, and sweet upon entry, this wine is absolutely seamless on the palate. Silky, fine-grained tannins lead to a lengthy, fragrant finish with flavors that echo perfectly the aromas on the nose.

- Ideal harvest conditions endowed the 2016 Rubicon with the three elements associated with a truly great wine from the Rutherford appellation: complexity, balance, and elegance. The aromas are intense and focused with top notes of creamy, sweet vanilla, and black licorice wound around a core of exquisitely ripe black cherry and crème de cassis. This refinement extends directly to the palate, where the wine is both broad and deep with sensuous, silky tannins. Supremely balanced in terms of both opulence and complexity, ripe black fruits and an ultra-smooth texture provide an impressive crescendo to a very long finish.

Continues on following page Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon is a tribute to John Daniel, Jr., who produced the much heralded Inglenook 1941 Cabernet Sauvignon from vine cuttings brought to the Inglenook Estate from Bordeaux by Gustave Niebaum. To- day, this estate-grown wine is blended with the finest lots of Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varieties that remain after the highly selective blending of Rubicon.

- A classic expression of Inglenook’s terroir, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a complex aromatic burst of cassis, black cherry, vanilla and anise. Supple, ripe tannins enhance a velvety palate, which boasts tremendous depth. Even more striking is the extravagant array of macerated black fruits which extends through the lingering finish.

- On the nose, the 2016 Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon opens with very focused fresh, ripe black cherry and black- berry aromas. In the background, scents of garrigue - lavender, thyme, and bay - emerge and build complexity. On the palate, the wine is superbly balanced to the point that it is difficult to identify individual flavor components, although cassis bud and blackberry do reveal themselves. The fine-grained, polished tannins are very much in har- mony with the oak and exhibit an underlying firmness that continues throughout the long, lingering aromatic finish.

Continues on following page Louis Latour Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2002: In the glass this wine glistens with a brilliant straw hue and has a distinct bouquet of sweet spice, vanilla and smoky aromas. On the palate this Grand Cru has balanced acids and beautiful structure with flavors of vanilla and smoky oak bursting through. A wine which lingers impressively and shows great potential.

Louis Latour Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2010: Round with a pungent bouquet of grilled almonds and vanilla. Nice fullness in the mouth with integrated oak and a long, mineral finish. Even if this is already a flattering wine, it deserves a few years of cellaring to reach its peak.

Louis Latour Corton Clos de la Vigne au Saint Domaine Latour Grand Cru 2010: The Corton “Clos de la Vigne au Saint” 2010 has a lovely deep, ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are mellow with cherry-stone and vanilla coming through. On tasting, it is an elegant wine which is supple with a slight oaky, peppery touch. This has impressive length and is already very pleasant to drink now.

Louis Latour Corton Clos du Roi Domaine Latour Grand Cru 2018: Our 2018 Corton Clos du Roi reveals a stunning ruby red hue, with a complex nose of currants, walnuts, and cloves. On the palate the wine is round and ample with licorice notes and silky tannins.

Lot Details:

Enjoy a full case of legendary Château Lafite offered by Taub Family Selections!

Château Lafite Rothschild is one of only five classified first growths and thus the designation as 1er Cru Classé. The vintage rankings of the Universal Paris Exposition in 1855 officially gave Lafite the rating as “Leader among fine wines.” The vineyard covers 264 acres and is divided into three separate areas: the hilly ground close to the Château, the plateau of the Carruades and a plot in the commune of Saint Estèphe (special permission was granted to incorporate these wines into the Pauillac appellation). The soil is composed of fine gravel mixed with aeolian sand and planted with four classic Médoc grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc (3%) and Petit Verdot (2%). The average age of the vines is 35 years but those that produce the Grand Vin selection are 45 years or older. The oldest plot, “La Gravière”, was planted in 1886. In August 1868, Baron James de Rothschild purchased Château Lafite and it has remained in the family for five generations. The property is currently run by Baron Eric de Rothschild.

Intense, deep crimson color. On the nose, fruit is expressed with a slight dominant woodiness. On the palate, the texture is tight and dense. Then the heart of the wine comes through, with solid, compact balance. Very dense finish and yet the tannins are “almost light and airy”! Great length with long lingering flavors. Truly a wine to impress.

Drink a few now, and cellar the rest for years to come!

1 double magnum (3L) Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial 2010, numbered and signed by the Count of Creixel 3 magnums (1.5L) Marqués de Murrieta Reserva 2016, Limited Edition by Miki Leal, signed by the Count of Creixell

Lot Details:

Enjoy these special edition large formats from Marqués de Murrieta!

Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial is the icon of Marqués de Murrieta, a benchmark for quality wine in Rioja and with undeniable worldwide recognition. A single-vineyard wine produced in a limited edition with all the bottles numbered. This 2010 vintage, was considered Wine Spectator’s wine of the year in 2020. This historic Marqués de Murrieta’s wine is sourced from the 98-acre single vineyard, La Plana, located in the highest altitude of the Ygay Estate which surrounds the winery. It’s a blend of 85% Tempranillo, aged 24 months in American oak and 15% of Mazuelo, aged 24 months in French oak. It represents the solidity of a path begun in 1852 by Luciano de Murrieta and masterfully maintained today by Vicente Dalmau Cebrián-Sagarriga, Count of Creixell and María Vargas, head winemaker. Since 1877, only 53 vintages of Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial have been released, exclusively when the wine meets the highest requirements. Castillo Ygay represents faithfully the character of the vineyard from which it comes and the perfect balance between tradition an innovation. Only 204 double magnums were made in the 2010 vintage.

The winner of this lot will also receive three magnums of the exclusive edition of Marqués de Murrieta Reserva 2016, not available for sale, which the Count of Creixell offers as a gift to his nearest. The label has been designed by Miki Leal, one of the main exponents of Spanish painting, and is signed personally by the Count. Since the be- ginning of his career, precisely at the turn of the century, his work stands in the heart of what is considered the re- vival of the figurative painting, which took place in those years. He has had numerous exhibitions in Spain, Italy and Germany and has received numerous awards. It represents a decomposition of elements that finally come together to build the body and aroma of a wine as luminous as its alchemy and its history.

Marqués de Murrieta Reserva is the flagship of the centennial winery and its letter of presentation throughout the world since 1852. Reliability and guaranteed quality are always linked to this international wine. A blend of 87 %Tem- pranillo, 6% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo and 2% Garnacha, the four typical Rioja varieties, vinified and aged separately for 16 months in American oak barrels. Carefully harvested by hand at the Ygay Estate that surrounds the winery.

1 bottle (750ml) Montrachet 2016 from L’Exceptionelle Vendange des Sept Domaines by Domaine Leflaive, with the assistance of Domaine des Comtes Lafon and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti

Presented to the successful bidder by Dominique Lafon and Brice de La Morandiere at the Lafon domaine in Meur- sault, followed by a tasting of Lafon and Leflaive wines

Lot Details:

This may be your only oppurtunity to procure an exceptionally rare offering from a partership of Burgundian leg- ends.

This Montrachet 2016 is the product of a unique collaboration between seven burgundian vignerons - Domaines Romanee-Conti, Lafon, Leflaive, Guy Amiot, Lamy-Pillot, Petitjean and Fleurot-Larose - whose Montrachet vines were victims of the frost of 27 April 2016. Grapes sufficient to produce only two barrels were vinified to make this unique wine. The majority of the bottles produced have been distributed, individually, among some of the world’s greatest Burgundy lovers, for personal consumption only. The remaining few have been retained to be offered for charitable purposes. This bottle is the first ever bottle, anywhere in the world, to be offered on this basis.

The label states: “Together, we harvested on 28 September. The sky was beautifully blue and the sun was radiant. The quality of the few bunches remaining was exceptional, concentrated, with great sweetness and excellent acidi- ty, the hallmark of long lasting wines.”

The bottle will be presented to the successful bidder by Dominique Lafon and Brice de La Morandiere at the Lafon domaine, followed by a tasting of Lafon and Leflaive wines hosted by Dominque and Brice.

Click here to bid on this lot! Lot 71 Château Mouton Rothschild 2017 Imperial

The lot at a glance:

1 Imperial (6L) Château Mouton Rothschild 2017 original wood case

Lot Details:

Impress a crowd with six liters of first growth Bordeaux from the famed Château Mouton Rothschild, featuring 2017’s label illustration by Annette Messager. The 2017 vintage consists of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and 1% Petit Verdot. The wine has a deep, dark colour with a garnet hue. The elegant and complex nose opens on wild berry aromas. With airing, notes of pepper, blackcurrant bud and dried flowers bring a satisfying sensation of har- mony. The attack is fresh, clear-cut and well-structured, leading into a dense and full-bodied mid‑palate on fresh fruit flavours. Refined and mature tannins coat the palate, leaving an enduring impression of smoothness. A packed and balanced finish confirms that this is a wine full of promise.

After a relatively mild winter with below average rainfall, the first major event in 2017 was a spring frost which hit the whole Bordeaux terroir on 27 April, though the Mouton vineyard was very fortunately spared. That was followed by a particularly lengthy drought, which did not truly end until December. Spurred by above average temperatures, the vine growth cycle started slightly earlier than usual, at the end of March. Exceptional weather in April and May meant that flowering occurred 10 days earlier than the average for all varieties. After a very wet June, the summer was moderately sunny but dry, increasing a water deficit which started in 2016. As a result, the grapes remained small, with concentrated sugar and colour. With an early growth cycle and a dry summer, the 2017 harvest was par- ticularly early. At Château Mouton Rothschild, it lasted from 7 to 29 September. Running-off ended on 20 October and blending was completed in December. The wines are rich, with a deep colour and an attractive tannic struc- ture, full-bodied and pleasantly fresh even though 2017 is a solar vintage.

Click here to bid on this lot! Lot 74 The Orignal Opus One, Plus Dinner in the Partners’ Room

The lot at a glance:

An original mixed case of 1979 and 1980 Opus One (known then only as “NapaMedoc”) from the very first Napa Valley Wine Auction in 1981 “Art of the Table” dinner and wine pairing for 10 in the Opus One Partners’ Room

2 bottles (750ml) 1979 4 bottles (750ml) 1980

One of the bottles of 1979 bears the original signatures of both Robert Mondavi and the Baron Philippe de Roth- schild - one of three bottles known to exist

Lot Details:

40 years ago, Opus One was born out of a shared vision to create a singular wine of absolute quality that embodied the traditions and ideals of its founders, Robert Mondavi, the iconic pioneer in the Napa Valley and Baron Philippe de Rothschild the legendary vintner of the Medoc region in France. When the first Auction Napa Valley was held in 1981, Robert Mondavi had the idea to offer the very first case from his joint venture with Baron Philippe de Roth- schild for the auction under the working name “Napa Medoc”. The case contained 2 bottles of 1979 and 4 bottles of 1980. The bottles at the time had been corked only with the signatures of the partners and the vintage stamped underneath because the official name for the wine had not been selected.

Continues on following page No one knew what to expect from this offer, remember - Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve from Robert Mondavi was only selling for about $15 at the time. People came speculating on what it would go for. Mel Dick, President of the Wine Division of Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits, has his own personal story about his bidding during the auction. Coming prepared to bid for this case, he found himself continuing to bid as the 6-pack went for $5,000, up to $10,000, $15,000, then $20,000. You can imagine the electricity of the moment as Mel sought to outbid Charles Mara for this first of its kind wine. When finally at $23,000 Mel stopped bidding, the wine went to Mr. Mara for $24,000, at the time the highest ever paid for an American wine. Today, we still have Mel’s auction paddle alongside a photo of him bidding for the lot in a frame at Opus One as a testament of this once-in-a lifetime moment.

Today, for this special auction to support the Hospitality Community, we offer one of these same mixed cases, and we are swapping out one of the 1979 vintage bottles for a bottle that bears the original signatures of both Robert Mondavi and Baron Philippe de Rothschild - one of three bottles known to exist, the other two safely stored in the reserve cellar at Opus One. Never before has one of these bottles been presented at auction.

Opus One also invites the winner of this lot to enjoy the “Art of the Table” in Napa Valley. Born out of our Founders’ desire to share their philosophy regarding the enjoyment of fine wine and exceptional food, while surrounded by art and beauty, the Art of the Table experience brings this ideal world to life. Delight in the special feeling of camara- derie created by savoring seasonally inspired cuisine paired perfectly with vintages of Opus One with friends and family. An immersive education in the art of food and wine pairing, this hosted experience includes a private visit of the winery and its striking architecture and manicured vineyards.

After visiting the iconic Grand Chai barrel cellar, you will be guided to our Partners’ Room, where a beautifully pre- pared seven-course culinary experience paired with celebrated wines of the world and three vintages of Opus One will be served while overlooking our estate vineyards.

This experience is for 10 guests and includes a full tour of the winery, along with Champagne and Caviar reception.

Lot Details:

Enjoy three spectacular vintages of Pol Roger Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill in magnum!

The friendship between Champagne Pol Roger and Sir Winston Churchill dates back to the 1928 vintage of Pol Roger. This deep friendship continued until his death and created a deep link between the two families. Among his array of famous quotes, Sir Churchill once called Pol Roger “the world’s most drinkable address.”

To commemorate this friendship, Pol Roger produced the premiere release of “Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill” with the 1975 vintage, which was produced in magnum only and released in 1984.

While the exact blend is a family secret, it is believed that the wine is blended to meet the late Churchill’s approval and is most likely a majority of Pinot Noir. Grapes are sourced from old vines located exclusively in Grand Cru vine- yards. Like all Pol Roger Champagnes this cuvée is fermented in stainless steel at very low temperatures. The wine is aged in the deepest portions of the Pol Roger cellars for an average of 10 years prior to release. Maturation in the deep cellars of Pol Roger results in a wine with a very fine mousse and intense and extraordinarily complex layers of fruit, exotic spice and minerality. With immense pride and joy, Pol Roger created this prestige cuvée to honor Sir Winston and is made in a style of which he would approve. The precise blend is a family secret and is produced only in the finest vintages. This cuvée was composed of grapes from the same plots that were sourced to produce Churchill’s favorite vintages, such as the excellent 1928. “SWC” has been called the “greatest luxury cuvée of mod- ern times.

Click here to bid on this lot! Lot 88 Salon Oenothèque Case Magnum 2008 Presented by Vineyard Brands

The lot at a glance:

The Salon Oenothèque Case Magnum 2008 features four vintages in one seven bottle case:

2 bottles (750ml) Salon 2004 2 bottles (750ml) Salon 2006 2 bottles (750ml) Salon 2007 1 magnum (1.5L) Salon 2008

Lot Details:

The highly sought after Salon Oenothèque Case Magnum 2008 features 2 bottles each of 2004, 2006 and 2007 Salon, plus one extraordinary 2008 Salon magnum, all in an original wood assortment case.

Four Vintages & Four Personalities With 2008, Salon achieved a vintage known as a “Dream”, while “Light” shone forth from the 2007. The 2006 was fondly called the “Romantic” vintage, followed on from 2004’s “Serenity.” Brought together at a single disgorgement in January 2019 the two bottles of the 2004 vintage, two from 2006 and two from 2007, are stamped “2019 edition”, to distinguish them from earlier releases. The 2008 magnum is no exception and fulfils Aimé Salon’s great dream of creating a unique collection of Champagnes.

Continues on following page

Salon’s story is inextricable from that of a pioneering visionary, Eugène-Aimé Salon. In the early twentieth century, and departing completely from the Champagne tradition, he decided to create a unique wine made from a single grape varietal, Chardonnay, a single cru, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and a single year. By setting aside the blending tradi- tion, he chose to reveal the complexity of his terroir in outstanding years, creating a wine ideal for lengthy ageing, his Holy Grail being a great wine for laying down. Fast-forward a century and Salon is again asserting its pioneering spirit: for the first time in its history, Salon’s 2008 vintage, aged only in magnum, will be shipped from its cellars in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in a mixed Oenothèque case featuring four vintages.

For a number of reasons, 2008 was an exceptional year. While 2008 was the smallest harvest ever brought in by Salon, with just 8,000 magnums produced, it is also an all-time highest quality vintage, on a par with the legendary Salon 1982, Salon 1966 and Salon 1928 vintages. But the 2008 is likely to raise the quality bar even further and leave its indelible stamp on the twenty-first century. Raising the wine only in magnums was the blindingly obvious choice as it is the ideal bottle size for slow, delicate maturation. Salon 2008 already has its place in the Pantheon of the greatest wines of the century. No two vintages are alike. After the very small harvest of 2008 came three non-vin- tage years whose quality fell short of Salon’s expectations, so 2009, 2010 and 2011 were passed over. It became necessary to make decisions that would further enhance the house’s history. The first Oenothèque case of Salon was quietly being readied in the cellars.

“The 2008 Salon is simply extraordinary. Sadly, there will only be 8,000 magnums for the world, as President Didier Depond took the unusual and dramatic decision to bottle the entire 2008 harvest in magnum only, which is a huge decrease over the typical production (when Salon is made) of closer to 60,000 bottles. In the glass, the 2008 is simply extraordinary. Soft and silky, with breathtaking finesse, the 2008 dazzles with a stunning interplay of bright Chardonnay fruit, soaring perfume and crystalline precision. A kaleidoscope of aromas, flavors and textures capti- vates all the senses. The 2008 remains young and austere, but like so many wines in this great vintage, Salon has an extra dimension of textural depth that keeps it from being austere. It is quite simply one of the most magnificent Champagnes I have ever tasted. The 8,000 magnums will be sold in a special wooden case with 2 bottles each of 2007, 2006 and 2002. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: January, 2019.” 100 2020 - 2058 - Antonio Galloni

Established by pioneering grape-grower Nathan Fay in 1961, it was the first planting of Cabernet Sauvignon in what is now the Stags Leap District. At the time, conventional wisdom maintained that the area was too cold for Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasting Nathan Fay’s homemade Cabernet in 1969 was a defining moment for the founder of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. Here was land capable of producing an outstanding wine that could rival the best in the world. honor. Today, it remains one of the great and most famous Napa Valley vineyards, producing fruit with an abundance of supple red and black berry character, voluptuous perfume and a luscious, fine-grained texture. The Tenuta Tignanello estate is in the heart of Chianti Classico, in the gently rolling hillsides between the Greve and Pesa river valleys. It extends over an area of 319 hectares (788 acres), of which about 130 (321 acres) are dedicated to vines.

Two of the estate’s prized vineyards are on the same hillside, Tignanello and Solaia, on soils that originated from marine marlstone from the Pliocene period rich in limestone and schist. The estate’s two signature wines, Solaia and Tignanello, are produced from these vineyards and have been defined by the international press as “”among the most influential wines in the history of Italian viticulture.”” Wines produced on the estate reflect expressly dif- ferent aspects of one unique terroir. The territory’s exceptional characteristics are captured in the wine’s decisive, unmistakable and elegant personality.

Within the boundaries of Tenuta Tignanello’s about 130 hectares (321 acres) of vineyards, divided into smaller individual parcels, are two of the finest pearls: the Tignanello vineyard and the Solaia vineyard. Grape varieties grown include the indigenous Sangiovese and untraditional varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc that are able to fully express the territory’s distinctive character- istics. Tignanello and Solaia each have their own exclusive vinification and aging cellars. This approach enhances the unique qualities of each wine by allowing us to refine and perfect each and every detail.
