The land has been in pasture for some years and is fully fenced. The field is generally flat in topography and is bordered on all sides by mature trees and hedgerows. There is very good access into the field directly off the public highway at the eastern end. The field is currently grazed by sheep. Lot B - 15.53 acres (6.28 hectares) - Guide Price £100,000. A good sized ‘L’-shaped field, formerly arable which has been down to grass for some years. The land was formerly grazed by cattle, but more recently, it has been used for hay. The majority of boundaries consist of well defined hedges and ditches and the southern boundary immediately abuts Tabie’s Wood.
