An amount of US$ 585,497 was transferred from the Special Fund to the Development Fund with the approval of the ICC in order to finance the deficit in the Development Fund up to 31 December 2009. Furthermore, net book value of the Development Fund assets were reclassified under the ACC Fund as agreed with the ICC Chief Financial Officer. The objective of these transactions was to be in line with ICC regional financial policies. The respective inter-fund transactions are shown in the Statement of Changes in Funds attached to the financial statements. With the said adjustments, balance of Development Fund and Special Fund as at balance sheet date became zero and US$ 2,658,268 respectively.
