Elements of exhibit construction, such as cradles, strapping, draping material and risers, are usually designed to fade into the background. This exhibit will bring these elements to the forefront, allowing viewers to clearly see how these components contribute to successful design. Themes of accessibility, preservation, and aesthetics will also be explored. All materials used in this exhibit, as well as information on exhibit design and proper care and handling, are available from the University of Illinois Library Exhibition Committee.
