The decrease in wind power came down quicker than forecasted and caused, among other factors, overload on cut 2 (SE2->SE3). 20 Feb – Oskarshamn 3 tripped with 1000 MW and caused overload on cut 2 (SE2->SE3). Besides upregulation the counter trades south of SE2 were done on the HVDC cables. 26 Feb – Overload on cut 2 (SE2->SE3) due to low temperature which was worsened by regulation on Hasle (NO1->SE3) and low gas pressure on Fenno-Skan 2. Disturbance reserve was activated and counter trades were done in order to ease the overload. 4 MW 5 MW 6.
