The Department negotiated enhancements to 60 (14%) applications which were determined during this quarter. 4. During this quarter 3026 neighbour consultations were despatched and in response 608 (20%) written observations were received by the Department. Neighbour responses remain low in comparison to the large number of consultations undertaken by the Department. Notification of the decision reached is despatched to respondents within five days of decision in line with our service aim. 5.
