Section (iv): a statement of the authority’s justification for compulsory purchase, with regard to Article 1 of the First Protocol of the European Convention on Human Rights, and Article 8 if appropriate 5. Section (v): a description of the proposals for the use or development of the land 6. Section (vi) a statement about the planning position of the order site. See also Section 1: advice on Section 226 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 for planning orders 7. Section (vii) information required in the light of government policy statements where orders are made in certain circumstances. 8.
