SMARTEAM and WLS V5 Products Program Services will be available for this release of SMARTEAM and WLS V5 products until June 2, 2007. Since there was no SMARTEAM V5.15, the end of corrective service (EoCS) and end of service (EOS) dates for SMARTEAM and WLS V5.14 will be September 5, 2006. Note: Customers experiencing problems with DB2 UDB V8.2 delivered with the SMARTEAM V5 product may report these problems through the SMARTEAM support structure, as long as DB2 UDB is being used in conjunction with SMARTEAM and the DB2 and SMARTEAM products are still within their respective support periods. Customers will receive the same level of support as they are entitled to for their SMARTEAM products.
